Shehryaar's POV

I parted my eyelids and closed it back when a strong and bright sun rays were penetrating my eyes, made it moisten. I turned to my right and saw the bed was empty and I deepened my frown eyebrows.

If I was not wrong, Aayesha was with me on the bed.

I got up and leaned on the bedpost as I rubbed my eyes, brushing away the drowsiness left in me before I stood up and walked in the bathroom.

After freshing up myself, I stepped out as I was fully dressed and laid my gaze on the wall clock. It was almost 8.30AM and I sighed before I stepped out of my room.

While running a hand through my hair, I trudged down the stairs and headed straight to the kitchen where everyone would be at this hour.

I smiled when I saw Aayesha at the slab busy doing something, probably the breakfast and I suddenly got an idea to tease her. I slowly tiptoed towards her without cracking any noise and when I was exactly right behind her, I leaned in her a little as I parted my lips.

"Booo!!" I yelled in her ear as I expected, a loud noise made it's way to my eardrums which I guessed, she slipped a plater.

"Ahh..." She was about to scream her heart out but her voice got lost in her throat when I hurriedly covered her mouth with my palm from behind and swiftly sneaked another hand around her waist firmly while taking a step closer, colliding my chest with her back.

"Shh! It's me!" I whispered in her ear as I placed my chin on her shoulder and I felt she froze for a moment upon hearing my voice. I titled my head to the side and saw her eyes were widened slightly looking ahead as her breaths were heavy and I bit the corner of my lips, hiding my smile as I touched her cheek with mine.

"You scared me!!" She scoffed after removing my hand from her mouth and looked at the side; at me as she glared at me and I smiled cheekily before I left her and walked to her side.

"You always scared for everything!" I retorted, rolling my eyes and she gulped down hearing me as her face expressions dropped down suddenly, made me sigh knowing that the dream she had last night might knocked her mind.

"Okay I'm sorry. Don't be sad now!" I said holding her shoulder and she let a heavy sigh escaped her lips as she ran her eyeballs on me. I nodded at her with a smile on my lips and she shut her eyes, nodding then.

"Good! By the way, where are you going? I thought you are on leave today?" I questioned as I looked at her from head to toe; fully dressed and was looking too beautiful in her long floral dress before I shifted my gaze on her face again.

"I have a meeting with the supplier today...a very important meeting." She told, sighing heavily and I furrowed at her.

"Okay, let me drop you...I can't let you drive alone." I said. After she met into an accident two weeks ago, I really can't take any risk eventhough she has convinced me that her break was failed because she didn't service her car for long.

"Nahh Shehryaar...I'll drive, plus it's just nearby..." Her words got lost in thin air when she suddenly held her head and stumbled back a little, seeming unstable herself and before she could even slip, she hurriedly held the slab edge and I widened my eyes looking at her.

"Aayesha! Are you okay??" I hurriedly asked as I took a step towards her and held her back and saw she shut her eyelids, made me panic.  My heart skipped a beat when she leaned onto me and I could feel her weight heaved on me.
