27- My Beautiful Star

Sometimes the people whom we think have the happiest and luckiest life, are the ones who are the most miserable and as a result, they just simply learn to cover the ugly truths with beautiful lies. They do anything in their power to show people that "YES! I am the happiest, I have the best life, nothing and no one can ruin my life, I'm the gifted child of God".

The more you convince yourself and your mind that you indeed have the best life, the more you are gonna get hurt in the end. No lie can be easily covered, even your expensive foundation will wear out once the rain hits your face.

No lie is hidden from the eyes of others, it's just you who is persuading yourself that no one can see through your glass walls and know the truth.

Choi Beomgyu had managed to hide his lies for all his life, he made everyone believe that he is okay and that he is the definition of perfect. But it all crashed down like a sand tower when he met Kang Taehyun, the boy who never asked him about his life but still got the answer.

Maybe it's because of the fact that he trusts Taehyun so much, he tells him about his scars, or maybe it's because of the fact that Taehyun has got that aura around him that you feel yourself attracted to, so you tell everything to him and can't bear telling lies in front of those pretty and doe pair of eyes.

Or maybe because he just simply loves this boy in front of him so much and he sees his whole universe in this boy's eyes.

Any can be acceptable, but Taehyun doesn't need to know that, he should never.

"Beomgyu, yo-you never told me that, you never told anyone. So many things could have changed if you talked to someone!" Taehyun cried.

"Nothing would have changed Taehyun, no one helps you or acknowledges you until you turn into a monster they can hate on, even if I told anyone, none of these would've changed" Beomgyu said as he looked in Taehyun's eyes, looking for any signs of disgust or terror, but there were none. Taehyun would never be scared of Beomgyu, maybe in other's eyes he is a monster, but in his eyes, Beomgyu is just a little child who was forced to grow up, yes a child.

"I- you know what, just fuck anyone who hurt you, fuck your dad and your mom-"

"Heyyy! Where is the polite boy I knew??"

"Shut up! Let me take my anger out! Fuck everyone, I will kill anyone who hurt you-"

Taehyun paused when he realized what he said, he will do what for Beomgyu? Oh my god! He screwed so badly, maybe he should just kill himself and get rid of the embarrassment.

"Eyyy, Kang wants to do what for me? I didn't know you liked me, Mr. I'm Not Gay" Beomgyu teased him but then hisses when Taehyun smacked him across the shoulder.

"Shut up! Don't be so full of yourself Choi! This was supposed to be a sad moment, you ruined it!!" Taehyun whined, pouting.

The author knows just how much Beomgyu wanted to kiss off that pout from Taehyun's face, but that's not the point!

The two then laughed at their childish act, and maybe even teased each other. Everything was okay, as long as they were by each other's side.

"Now come on and let's go back to your apartment, you have a shit ton of things to talk to your dad with" Beomgyu held his hands for Taehyun, but it got smacked instead, Taehyun got up and walked past Beomgyu.

"Instead, let's go and get ramyeon, I really crave something spicy right now, also don't refer to him as my dad! It's weird!"

"Okay, but you still have to talk to your dad"
