Finishing off her breakfast, she brushed Mimi aside so she could change out of her pajamas and into freshly washed clothes. Her vision sat on her hip, fastened to her belt. (Y/N) hurriedly pulled her boots on, zipping them up. Her cloak was hanging abandoned on its hook, watching the Adeptus pull her (Y/H/C) hair into a ponytail. Her fingers left her hair, content with the style, before she opened the door, feeling the cool breeze meet her face. She looked over her shoulder, gazing over at her cat tenderly licking her bowl of food.

"Don't get into trouble," she said with a half-smile, sending her cat, who didn't seem too displeased with her departure, a flying kiss before closing the door. Locking it, she looked to her side, gazing at the city of Liyue. From here, the buildings looked petite, their silhouettes like miniature buildings found in a kid's doll set.

(Y/N)'s abode was out of town. She lived on higher ground compared to the city, her house sitting on one of the lower hills of Mount Tianheng. There was a strange device in front of her house, something she tried to investigate and remove, but it seemed to be a secret that Tevyat had yet to share. She left it alone, for the most part.

To live within the city had proved to be trouble. The citizens would be aware of her place of residence, and would show up at her door either to demand for her to fulfill a request, or for, which men often came for, a date. (Y/N) was sick of it and decided to have her own house built outside of the city, yet not too far away so she could still see how the sun shimmered down on Liyue's waters, and how the city seemed to glow in the sunlight.

It was a sunny day. Her eyes looked up at the bright blue sky, free from clouds. She smiled softly to herself; completing duties on days suck like this one made it all the more tolerable. For at least, she could enjoy the weather and how the wind felt running through her hair even if the jobs she received weren't too entertaining.

She kicked the pebbles that the tips of her boot met, watching them roll down the dirt path she was following. There wasn't exactly a specific path she could take, but behind the mountain, there was a narrow stretch of land that curved around it. This only made her place to live more inaccessible, just the way she needed it to be. (Y/N) moved down the hill.

Her first destination would obviously be Wangshu Inn. Her daily routine was to eat breakfast with Xiao, have a conversation with him if he woke up on the right side of the bed, and then approach the reception to collect the requests.

That is why she woke up early. The Inn was quite far from where she lived, and the walk there took time. However, she was indeed a fast walker, and unlike mortals, had more stamina and agility.

So even if she peacefully strolled through the grass, the faint outline of the building would always grow firmer quicker than it would for others.

She made her way to the lift, standing on the middle of the platform as it rose. When she reached the upper floor, she began to walk towards the reception. Her gaze slid over to the balcony, seeing Xiao stand there. He was leaning against the railing, focused on something she didn't see. She figured he must have already ate, due to the empty plate on the table near him. She approached him.
