She was holding a kite, Teucer's half-eaten sandwich, and a few more small toys dangling midair between her fingers. This was tough. He seemed to be just like his brother. He did not care about the money. He was spending it like it grew on trees.

"I miss my brother," he whined, fortunately taking the sandwich from her and biting into it, pouting before chewing it.

"You'll see him soon," she consoled casually. A bit bored, she glanced at him. "Say... what did your brother say in his letter about me?"

Teucer seemed excited to tell her. "He said that you're very pretty. I agree! I didn't know it was you at first, but I see it now! He said that you're really cool and amazing. He really admires you but he didn't explain why!"

She paused. Admire? Pretty? She cleared her throat, feeling as if her cheeks were flushing in embarrassment. Emphasis on embarrassment. Why the hell was he talking about her to his family anyways? "I see. Anything else?"

He shrugged. "I don't remember anything..." he took her hand. "But he's right! Very pretty. But can we go to my brother now?"

She shook her head. "He told me to stay with you, kiddo." She couldn't believe she was going to indulge in Childe's lies, but she went ahead with it anyways. "He's doing work! Imagine if we went there and distracted him, he would get confused and accidentally damage toys and all the kids get damaged stuff!"

That didn't do much to convince him.

He ended up bugging her to take her to where Childe was, and since she was at her limit, she took him there. What was the Harbinger going to do, anyways? Get angry? Whine about how his brother was going to see how much of a liar he was? Nothing special, just the truth.

She didn't exactly know where he was, so she first stopped by the Bank once more to ask around for his whereabouts. After a bit of explaining, it was revealed where he was, and she took Teucer to him.

The Qingxu Pool was somewhere (Y/N) hadn't been to for a while. It was a beautiful place, one she'd usually admire, but at the moment she was too consumed by anger and annoyance that she merely brushed off the sights.

Teucer was amazed though, commenting on how Snezhnaya was always snowy and cold, even more so during winter, which resulted in less sunlight and almost never any unfrozen lakes or tall blades of grass. He also added that when the lakes or rivers were not covered by a layer of ice, whatever passing fish would be hoarded by the number of fishers that attempt to capture one. He told her about how Childe used to take him to fish sometimes.
