The sky blue eyes I fell in love with

It's been a few weeks since then and I haven't had any contact with Link, I think if I did have contact with him it would hurt a lot more

Anyway I'm going back to Uni today, to work there obviously but it will be the first time I see Link since the break up and I don't know how I'll cope

"You'll be okay" Tay says with a warm smile "If you need anything call me" she says and I nod

"You ready Zelda?" Urbosa asks and I nod walking to the door with her, when I get in Urbosa's car I check my bag

Laptop, check, Phone, check, headphones, check, Keys, check and cigarettes, check.

Ever since that morning me and Link split I've been becoming more and more like my father much to the dismay of my brother

"You okay little bird?" Urbosa asks as she starts driving towards the uni

"I'm so scared Urbosa," I say and she gives me a warm smile

"You can always come to me but Zelda, I must tell you, Link took up the job with the club so this is his backup job and a lot of the students will be talking about him" she says and I sigh

"I'm not going to drown my career that I worked so hard for over him!" I say and she smiles at me

"Thats the spirit, but do remember your a member of staff you have to be civil with everyone" she says and I nod before getting out the car "Oh Zelda, your father wants to speak with you" She says quickly and I nod

"Thanks Urbosa" I say before walking into the tall building, gosh this is scary, I head towards my fathers office struggling to pass through all the students

Even though I'm a teacher it hasn't helped my height I'm still shorter than most "Ms Ashai! I was told Father wanted to see me" I say as I shut the door but as I turn around I see Link sitting on the chairs

"Yes Zelda, go right in" she says and I smile at her

"Thank you Ms Ashai" I say before opening the room to fathers office "Hello Father" I say with a quick breath in

"Zelda, sit down" he says and I obey his request "how are you? Urbosa says you've been anxious over the past few nights" he says and I nod "and that you've been smoking" he says with a raised eyebrow

"Don't act like you're surprised it was bound to happen with you as a Father!" I say and he shakes his head with a few tuts

"Ms Ashai could you send Mr Ordon in" he says through the speaker in his phone

"What are you doing?" I ask "are you doing this because I called you a bad Father? Your usually low but this is a new stage" I say picking up my bag

"Zelda sit back down!" Father yells at me as Link stands next to me

"Your. a. bad. Father!" I say before walking towards the doors

"I thought you'd do this!" He says "there locked" he said before I can try and open them

"Fuck you!" I yell, trying to open the doors anyway maybe he's bluffing but he's not

I feel sorry for Link he's been put in the middle of a yelling contest "now sit back down Zelda!" He says so I obey him and sit on the windowsill "that works" he sighs

I pull out a cigarette from my pack just to annoy him "I've called you both in here be-- Zelda we're inside a building"

"That never stopped you" I say lighting the addictive stick "go on" I say through a puff of smoke

"Because, this is mainly for Zelda, you need to learn to co-exist," he says and I sigh before opening the window and swinging my legs outside of it

"Zelda!" Father yells, luckily for me Fathers office is on the first floor so I can just put my foot on the floor and voila

I take the cig out off my mouth and run towards the gym to find Urbosa "Did the principals daughter just climb out a window with a cigarette in her mouth?" One of the girls asked her friends

"Yes and you should never do that" I say as I continue to somehow run in heels, I don't know why I'm running it's not like either of them are going to be coming after me

I turn the run into a walk and somewhere along the way i put the cigarette out. Eventually I get to the gym "Urbosa!" I yell almost in tears

"Little bird whats wrong?" She says my first class starts in 30 minutes so I have to be quick

"I went to see Father and he called Link in!" I say and he eyes widen

"Really!" She says "he didn't tell me Link was going to be there, I would've warned you" she says and I turn around to see Link making his way over

"Oh why is he everywhere Urbosa" I say

"He does work here little bird" she says

"Zelda can I speak to you" he says, I could just straight up say no, or I could hear him out

"Okay" I say turning around, I need to act confident, "shall we go somewhere else?" I ask and he nods

"You smoke?" he asks and I nod, looking forward not allowing him any eye contact, well not allowing me to get lost in his eyes again

"What did you want to talk about?" I ask, if it's about the break up I think I'll cry

"I didn't know what your Father was doing I'm sorry" he says

"It's fine, I'm sorry you had to walk in on us yelling" I say, I should try and look into his eyes it's rude not to look at someone whilst you're having a conversation

I bring my eyes up to the sky blue eyes that I fell in love with, the things I would give to kiss him right now

"I remember when you climbed out the window in Urbosa's house to get away from your father" he says with a small laugh, oh how I love his sweet laugh

"Yep, Well is there anything else because i have to get to class" I say, you cannot get attached again Zelda

"No" he whispers

"Okay well I'll see you later" I say

"Wait" he says and I stop, please just kiss me, I miss you! "Please stop smoking" he says and I nod with a small smile

"Okay" I say, thats the Link I fell in love with

I quickly run off to go to class and I put the pack of cigarettes in the bin I know it wont be that easy, but it's a start
