We walk into Daruk's and I see a younger version of Daruk on the bar, "I'll be with you in a second!" The Mini version of Daruk says, he's more softer spoken than Daruk
"It's okay, take your time" I say with a gentle smile as we sit down at the bar
"Zelda!" Daruk says in a cheerful voice "and Link how are you guys?" Daruk asks
"We are doing okay" I say looking to Link and he nods "how are you?" I ask and he nods
"Me? Im doing good, I've been meaning to visit but I've been busy" he says
"I understand completely Daruk, I've been meaning to come here but you don't get many breaks in teaching" I say with a subtle laugh
"Zel, we've been suspended twice," Link says and Daruk's eyes widen
"What has the perfect princess done to get suspended?" He asks and I sigh with a smile on my face
"We kissed 'in front of students' the first time" I say putting finger quotations around in front of students because it wasn't true "and the second time I bailed on my lesson and when my father called me up to ask me about it I said 'yeah yeah'"
"And you've only been back at school for what 3-4 weeks?" He says and I nod "never would expect you to get suspended, Impa definitely, Link maybe but you never!" He says "and twice!"
"I know I know" I say "so who's the mini you?" I ask nodding towards the man pouring peoples drinks
"Oh thats Yunobo, he's my little brother" he says
"You have siblings?" I ask shocked and he nods
"Yeah, me, Bludo and Yubobo. Yunobo doesn't get out much and our mum asked me to give him a job" he says and I nod
"Is he old enough to be working behind the bar, he looks a little young" I say
"If I went to the uni and I didn't know you I would've thought you were a student," he says not answering my question
"You are a shortie" Link says smiling at me
"I am not!" I say and Daruk laughs
"He's 18 and perfectly capable of bartending" he says "anyway, what do you want to eat?" He asks pulling out his notepad
"Can I have some rice?" I ask and he nods
"Zel, you have to eat more than that" Link says
"Thats enough" I say "I always have a bowl of rice when I come here" I say
"I know but it's not enough to keep you going" he says
"It will be!"
"Zelda!" He says in a stronger voice "please ear more" he says
"Jesus! Your not my Father!" I say standing up and walking out of the tavern
As I walk out of the tavern I bump into someone "Hey watch it!"
"Calm down Revali, she evidently didn't do it on purpose!" I hear a man say
"Revali?" I say looking up to him
"Oh sorry Zelda" Revali says and respond with a small smile
"Hi, I'm Teba" the man next to him says
"Zelda" I say turning to look at him
"Can we buy you a drin--"
"Zelda" Link says walking through the doors
"Of course, a beautiful girl like you has a boyfriend" I hear Teba whisper under his breath
"You literally have Saki" Revali says
"Yeah, the mother to my child, she's never there for Tulin!" He says and my eyes widen
"Zelda?" Link says clicking his fingers in front of my eyes
"Huh?"
"Can we just go back inside, you can have your rice i wont force you to eat anything else" he says
"I'll see you later Zelda" Revali mumbles before walking into Daruk's and Teba winks at me and butterflies form in stomach
"Yeah, sure" I say walking back in with Link
Revali and Teba sat in a booth behind us and me and Link continued to sit at the bar talking to Daruk
The whole time I felt Teba's eyes burn into my back "A little help would be appreciated Daruk" Yunobo says and Daruk nods
"Zel you've hardly touched the rice" he says watching me turn my now cold rice with my fork
"I'm just not that hungry" I say with a small smile
"Zel, I may not remember everything but I do remember your relationship with food" he says pushing a lock of my hair behind my ear so he can see my face
"I promise you I'm fine, I'm just not hungry" I say kissing his cheek "I'm going to go to the toilet I'll be back in a sec" I say getting off my bar stool and walking towards the ladies
Revali's pov
"Jesus will you take your eyes off of Zelda for one minute!" I say "it's so uncomfortable to watch you simp over one of my friends"
"She's so beautiful, with her golden hair and gorgeous green eyes" he says and I gag
"I may as well leave you here and go home" I say
"Look after Tulin for me" he says
"Are you joking me? I'm not looking after your kid so that you can stare at a taken woman" I say
The only time he looked away was when Link and Zelda shared any type of affection "yeah your right im sorry" he says taking his eyes off of Zelda and putting them on me "you should really get back with Mipha" he says and I sigh
"She probably hates me" I say and he scoffs
"She was so in love with you, you just got jealous because of him" Teba says nodding towards Link "I'll be right back" he says and I look over to where Teba was staring all night to see Link sitting alone,
Zelda's pov
I walk out the toilets and I see a tall man standing in front of me, "Oh hey Teba" I say smiling up at him "is there anything I can do for you?" I ask
"Can I get your number?" He asks shocking me slightly
"Wow that was very...forward" I say looking back at Link
"Theres no reason beating around the bush" he says and I nod
"Well I actually have a fiancé but I'd love to be friends with you" I say writing my number down on a tissue
"Fiancé?" He says and I nod
"Link" I say pointing to him
"I'm so sorry about this Zelda" Revali says pulling Teba away right before I give him my number
"Oh...okay" I whisper before walking back to Link
"Hey mon ange" he says giving me a lopsided smile "you okay?" He asks and I nod
"Shall we go home?" I ask and he nods
"Let me just pay for the food" he says and I rest my head on his shoulder hugging his arm leaving him his right arm to struggle getting out his card
"I'm so tired" I yawn and he kisses me on the head
"Why did you do that! I was just about to get her number!" I hear Teba say
"Go home Teba! Go look after your son" Revali says "your the only person that poor boy has, hes already lost his mum and now he needs his dad" he says
Hearing Revali say that makes my heart hurt, when my mum died I only really had my Father but he just shipped me off to Urbosa, I barely even knew Urbosa when my mother passed she visited us what 3 times a year, she did live in a city 4 hours away though so it's understandable why
"Right, are you ready?" Link asks me and I nod, I link arms with him and we walk out of the tavern and out to his bike
