"Thank you for keeping this safe for me" I say to father slipping my ring back onto my finger before holding Link's hand
"It's not a problem my dear" he says, I try to not make my face as disgusting as possible but often when my father calls me something unusual my face just naturally goes into a disgusted state
"My dear?" I ask and he nods "what happened to you? Did Rauru knock some sense into you?" I ask
"You could say that" he says "he's been tutoring me" he says and I widen my eyes
"On what? How to be a good father?" I ask as a joke
"I suppose so, yes" he says
"Oh well, thats certainly a start" I say "do you mind if we stay on the property for a while?" I ask and he nods
"If you wish" he says being extremely nice
"Well thank you Father" I say and he responds in a nod "we will see you later" I say before exiting his office
"What was that?" Link asks
"To be completely honest, I have no clue" I say walking up to my bedroom to get changed into some more sporty clothes "Tennis?" I ask and he smirks with a nod "what?" I ask
"Nothing I'm just really good at tennis" he says
"Well I'm really good at it too," I say smirking myself as we walk outside
"You know what else I'm really good at?" He asks
"Whats that?"
"Pushing you into pools!" He says wrapping his arms around me
"NO! LINK!" I scream but he jumps in anyway "you are unbelievable!" I say as I go to swim to the ladders but he blocks my way
"I'm unbelievable am I?" He asks "I'm just so incredible that nobody believes of my existence" he says and I shake my head at him whilsy trying to swim to the side
"I promise you that I'll get you back for both times Ordon!" I say
"I'd like to see you try princess" he says with a small laugh
"I'm going to!" I say "how about I hit you in the face with a tennis ball?" I say and he just laughs
"Shall we see about that?" he says helping me out of the pool and then getting us tennis rackets and a ball "you can have the first serve" he says chucking me the ball
"You may be good at football and iceskating but one thing I'm better at is Tennis" I say before doing a quick serve "15- Love" I say when I see that I've won the point
"Yeah?" Link asks
"I wasn't calling for you, I was telling you the score" I say face palming
"Oh right" he says with a small laugh
The game went on and ultimately I won, however I didn't hit him in the face with a tennis ball
"You need to walk in front" I say
"Why?"
"You know why! You're going to push me into the pool!" I say and he laughs
"Okay I'll walk in front" he says as he walks in front of me until we've passed the pool "can I walk beside you now?" He asks
"I suppose you can" I say with a small smile "goddess I need a shower, all that chlorine in my hair" I say grimacing
"Your hair looks perfect" he says
"I've been in a pool" I say giving him a dirty look "I need a shower all because of you!" I say and he smirks at me
"I feel so honoured" he says and I shake my head at him
"You know when you said that I was such hard work?" I ask with a small frown "did you mean it?" I ask
"Sometimes you are, but I wouldn't have it any other way, I love you, I love living with you and I love our life!" He says and I smile at him
"I love you too" I say and he hugs me
"I'm sorry I pushed you in the pool" he whispers
"It's okay" I say before looking around, I felt someone staring at me "shall we go inside?" I ask a little creeped out
"Yeah" he says and just as we turn to go inside I hear a louder noise and I'm pretty sure Link heard it too
"Link I'm scared" I whisper and he put his arm around me
"It's okay, I'm here" he says and I move closer to him as we walk inside
I hear a big crash and me and Link turn around. Groose and Teba were fighting each other, Groose on top of Teba "What on Hylia are you two doing?" I yell and they both look up at me
"It's his fault" Teba mumbles
"My fault? You wanted to fight me so you can have her" Groose said and I look up to Link in shock
"I challenged you to a game of Archery, it's very different" Teba says
"Isn't that Revali's friend?" Link asks
"Umm, I don't know...I think so" I say stepping even closer to Link, I know he will keep me safe
"You still wanted me out of the way!" Groose says lifting his fist
"OI! Stop it both of you!" Link yells stepping in front of me using himself as a shield
"Why are you two here?" I ask peaking over Link's shoulder
"We were here for you" Groose says
"Why? I hardly know you" I say
"Love at first sight" Teba says and I step back
"Well your about 3 years too late" I say taking Link's hand "please leave us alone, come on Link" I say
"Wait Zelda!" They both yell "Just hear us out" Teba says
"She said she wanted you to leave" Link says putting his free hand to his waistband
"Link" I say feeling light headed, how on earth did he play Tennis with a gun in his waistband!
"Can we just speak to her!"
"I don't want to speak to you, leave this property immediately and Link look at me!" I yell pulling Link's arm "give me the gun!" I say and Groose's and Teba's eyes widen
I hear Link sigh before placing the gun in my hand "I wasn't going to hurt them, it isn't even loaded!" He says
"I told you to throw this away!" I say
"I've had amnesia since then" he says
"Don't you dare use your amnesia as an excuse!" I say not even noticing Groose and Teba scurrying out of the property
"I'll sell it tomorrow" he says, thats very believable
"I want to come with you"
"No"
"Why not?" I ask with furrowed eyebrows
"You going to go to a dodgy gun shop? No, I'm not letting someone see you, putting your reputation on the line!" He says and I sigh
"Just be safe, and please for the love of Hylia, get rid of the gun" I say and he presses his lips against my forehead
"Of course" he says "lets go inside" he says putting his arm around me as we walk into the house
