Zelda's pov

"Come here" Ganondorf says bringing me into a warm hug

"Why would he do that?"

"It was Ganondorf's fault" Kogha says

"Do you want me to kick you out?" He asks

"What did you do?" I ask pushing him away from me

"I may have said somethings" he says and I look at him through furrowed eyebrows

"What did you say?"

"You need a first aid kit" he says avoiding the subject

"So do you but what did you say to him?" I ask in a more demanding tone

"I may or may not have said something along the lines of if you cant please her send her to me so i can" he says

"Your an idiot" I whisper

"I agree" Kogha says

"Get the fuck out your being evicted" he says pointing at the door

"Are you being for real?" He asks looking at Ganondorf's fucked up face

Even though it was badly bruised you could still see the anger in it, "I'll show myself out" I say

"Wait Zelda" Ganondorf says grabbing my hand

"Please let go" I say my face stained with tears,

"Where are you going to go?" He asks letting go of my hand

"Anywhere but here" I say tears still rolling down my face

"Okay, I'll see you later then" he says and I shake my head

"Please never contact me again" I say before walking out,

I go out to my car and I see Link sitting in his car, he was crying

I walk over to his car and knock on his window "Zelda?" He asks, he could've been crying more then me "I'm so sorry!" He cries and I open his car door

I take his hand and pull him out of his car before hugging him tightly "I love you" I whisper "so so much"

"I'm so sorry Zel" he says,

"Its okay, I'm fine" I say and he kisses my head

"I love you too" he whispers,

"Please never do this again, just talk to me!" I say and he nods "come on I'll get my car tomorrow"

"I'm not going into work I've called in sick" Link says climbing back into bed

"Why?" I ask sleepily

"Because I need to look after you" he says gently kissing my bruised cheek

"Thats very kind of you love but I'm fine"

"Just accept that I'm not going in today" he whispers placing a kiss on my lips

"Okay" I whisper back before placing a much longer kiss full of lust and need on his lips "what are we going to do?"

"Sleep in?" He asks and i nod before cuddling up to him

"Your so warm" I whisper wrapping my arms around his torso

"You're freezing!" He says hugging me tighter, sharing more of his body heat with me

"Thats a bit dramatic" I say with a small laugh

"No, Zel your like an icicle" he says before getting out of bed and covering me with many blankets

"Where are you going?" I whine as I watch him leave the room

"I'll be back in a sec, don't worry and don't move" he says and I sigh, what is he doing? I'm perfectly fine!

"Please just come back to bed!" I say, theres a lot of commotion in the kitchen

"Ow!" Link says quietly but loud enough that I could hear, I quickly get from underneath all of the blankets he threw on top of me

"Are you okay?" I ask rushing over to him

"Yeah I just hit my head with this pan" he says putting the pan on the hob "wait you're supposed to be in bed"

"You cant put me on bed rest because I'm cold" I say with a small laugh

"I cant believe I did that" he says brushing this thumb over my cheek, his face was full of guilt and sadness

"Link, I'm fine, stop worrying about it" I say "now go back to bed" I say kissing the inside of his hand and walking into the bathroom

If this silly bruise is going to upset Link every time her sees it I'll cover it up, I open the cupboard over the sink and pick up my concealer

I quickly put some on before blending it out but just as I go to put it back I notice something in the corner of my eye

There were pictures of me and Link in here, some were recent and some were from a few years ago

I pick them up and start to walk out the bathroom, a smile playing on my lips. There was one of us skating together and I turn it around 'December 2023 ~ the best year of my life' was written in Link's messy handwriting on the back of it

"Be careful!" Link says in a worried voice pulling me towards him stopping me from walking into the sharp edge of the table "you need to look where your going mon ange" he says holding me close to him (my angel)

"Why was 2023 the best year of your life?" I ask the smile still on my face

"Huh?" He says looking at me with confused eyes and I lift the photo up so he can see it "because I met you" he says and my smile gets wider

I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him softly "we should put these on the fridge" I whisper against his lips, but he doesn't respond,

He lowers his arms down and lifts me up, "you need to go back to bed" he says and I sigh

"I'm not even cold anymore!" I say pouting

"I know" he says closing the door behind us before kissing me more passionately

"Why did you close the door? nobody else lives here" I say

"I know but the neighbours aren't going to want to hear this" he whispers, surprisingly the bedroom is one of the only rooms the neighbour's cant hear us and we cant hear them

When Link starts to take off my jumper I immediately think of Ganondorf, "Link...can we stop?" I whisper and he nods before putting me down onto the bed

"Your thinking of him aren't you?" He says and I nod falling backwards onto the bed

"It was the biggest mistake of my life" I say gripping onto my arms, "I don't even know why I did it, I went from hating him to sleeping with him" I whisper

"I know why you did it" Link says and I turn to look at him "you wanted to get back at me....and I don't blame you, what I did was really shitty"

"Maybe" I whisper looking back up at the ceiling, "I feel disgusted with myself" I say

"If you blame anyone it should be me, I pushed you towards him"

"You weren't the one who actually slept with him" I say with a sigh before getting up

"Where are you going?" He asks

"To smoke" I say pulling a cigarette pack from my coat pocket and walking out the apartment
