I wake up with my head lying against Link's chest, we were sitting up not lying down. We must've fell asleep in the pillow fort
"Link!" Aryll calls for her older brother to wake up
"Huh? What? Is everyone okay?" He asks bolting up, as he does this he hurts my neck "sorry angel" he says massaging my neck
"I should be doing this to you" I say and he looks at me with confusion
"What why?" He asks genuinely confused
"It's your birthday silly!" I say
"Oh right, I believe it is" he says with a small smile as Aryll crawled into the fort
"Happy birthday big brother!" She yells giving him a big hug before handing him his card and present
"Did you help her?" He asks and I shook my head,
"This was all her" I say giving Aryll the credit she deserves "I've got a present for you later" I whisper in his ear and he smirks at me, I wasn't implying what he was thinking but it can definitely be fit into the schedule
She gave him her card and he gently opened the envelope to see lots of glitter and a drawing with the words 'happy birthday big bro'
"Thank you Aryll that's beautiful" he says smiling at her before opening the badly wrapped up present
"It's a football with all your favourite things on!" She says excitedly
"She even got me to sign it" I say pointing at my signature
"thank you Aryll, I love it!" He says smiling at her
"Ill be back in a sec" i say before crawling out of the fort and grabbing Link's card and present off of the picnic basket
"Here you go" I say passing him his present as I crawl into the fort
"I thought you were giving me my present later" he says
"You've got many presents" I say giving him a kiss on his cheek
"You spoil me" he says
"I have to you never know whats going to happen next" I say
"One of you might turn into a dragon!" Aryll says
"Exactly" I say backing her up
"Dragons aren't..." Link starts but he stops when he sees Aryll's eyes, he wasn't going to ruin her imagination "your right any one of us could just turn into a dragon at any second" He says
"Don't be silly Link! You have to eat a secret stone to turn into a dragon!" She says and I smile watching Link get more and more confused
"I think you need to cut down on how much you watch that tv show, i think it's rotting your brain" he says to both me and Aryll
"Excuuuse me!" I say placing my hands on my hips "Doctor who is a master piece and it definitely does not cause brain rot, plus it doesn't even contain dragons" I say and Aryll nods
"Just open your present!" Aryll says excitedly
"It's a mini cardboard cut out of the 10th doctor" I say
"Is it actually?" He asks with an amused expression
"No" I say with a smile, "but wouldn't it be funny if it was" I say as theres a knock at the door "don't open it without me!" I say kissing his cheek before running to open the door
"Hello Zelda" Father says and Link's mother waves from behind him
"Come in!" I say with a smile, welcoming both of our parents in "Link" I say clearing my throat telling him to get out from the pillow fort without saying it
