"I was looking through some photos and I think I remembered somethings" he says as I walk into the room
"Really?" I ask excitedly practically running over to him "like what?" I ask
"When I proposed to you," he says and I smile "we started off arguing about something...I don't remember what though" he says, it's probably best he doesn't remember that part "and ironically I was telling you to remember something, you asked me if I trusted you and I told you that I would always trust you"
"Do you still trust me?" I ask and he pauses "sorry that was a big question to a--" I say but he puts his hand on mine before talking
"Yes...I trust you with my life" he says and I smile at him
"I still trust you" I say and he smiles back at me
"Did we ever..." he whispers too embarrassed to carry on, his cheeks were bright red "you know" he whisper, I have a feeling that I do know
"If you are talking about what I think you are then yes" I say my cheeks now burning up,
"So we..." he says his mouth agape and I nod
"We slept together" I whisper and he just stares at me
"Wow" he whispers "sorry I just would've thought that I was out of you league" he says and I laugh
"Are you joking? I would be the one out of your league" I say "your amazing" I say staring into Link's bright blue eyes
"Your perfect"
"No I'm not" I say looking down at my hands
"Of course you are your smart, cute, beautiful and I mean incredibly beautiful" he says and I smile, blush scattering over my cheeks "sexy" he whispers
"Sexy? I repeat "you..." I start to say and he nods moving his hand from mine and leading it up to me face
"Look Zelda, I don't really remember who I was but one thing I'm certain on is that in every universe, we are meant to be together" he says, I love him so much
"No matter how many times I lose my memory I know that I'll always make my way back to you" he says and I lean towards him and kiss him
"I love you" I whisper and he pulls away from me "I'm sorry was that too far?" I ask but he doesn't respond
"I suppose you've known me a lot longer than I've known you" he says
"I'm sorry..." I whisper
"It's fine, I just need more time" he says and I smile at him
"Of course" I say with a small nod

The doctors discharged Link later that day and i took him home "are you comfortable with living with me? Do you want me to stop at Urbosa's?" I ask and he shakes his head
"Im fine but will we be sleeping together?" He asks and I shake my head
"If your not comfortable with it than no" I say "if you are feel free to" I say with a small smile
"I'll get the spare room ready for you" I say walking away from Link
"Thanks"
It was basically already made from when Mipha stopped over but I just fluffed the pillows a bit before sitting next to Link in the living room
"I think I might go to bed, I haven't slept in something that wasn't a hospital chair for weeks" I say and he nods
"I'll see you later" he says and I smile at him
"I did mean what I said at the hospital" Link says "I just dont think i can come to terms with saying those 3 words yet" he says and i nod before walking into my bedroom
I pull out one of Link's hoodies and smell his cologne, I know he's right out there but he is not my Link and I don't think he ever will be
I slip on his hoodie before getting into my cold bed, it's no longer warm without Link
I fall into a deep sleep, the best sleep I've had in a while, except from the nightmare "LINK!" I scream, the sound so painful to hear. I stare at Link's burnt body, he's gone and he's never going to come back
Link's pov
I'm trying to remember everything, but I just cant and I can tell that it's upsetting Zelda
"LINK!" She screams, so much pain was in her voice and I rush over to her room "Please! Someone please help!" She cries
"Zelda?" I say walking over to her "are you okay?" I whisper
"Dont close your eyes Link, Please stay with me please" she begs and I lie beside her and wrap my arms around her
Im trying to remember what she said i used to call her so i can comfort her but i cant seem to remember "It's okay, ma déesse" I whisper hugging her tightly "I'm here" I whisper and she hugs me back
"Remember" she whispers, is she always this vocal in her sleep? "Try...try to remember"
I felt weird for a second before I get a sort a vision I guess, I ran into a room in a large school like building and flames were everywhere, I was calling out for someone, I think it was Zelda and I found her outside, she was crying and telling me to stay with her just like she was in her dream
My head was in her arms and I started to close my eyes, that must've been the fire that put me in the hospital
All of a sudden she sits up, her chest heaving and droplets of cold sweat ran down her face "Link?" She asks checking over my face "Link!" She says hugging me tightly "your okay" she whispers and I nod
"I'm okay" i say kissing the top of her head, it was angel! Mon ange, "it'll all be okay mon ange" I whisper and she hugs me tighter
"Are you real?" She asks quietly "are you a dream?" She asks and I shake my head
"I'm pretty sure I'm real" I say and she lets out a long exhale
"I thought you wanted the other room" she whispers
"You worried me, I'll go if you want"
"No please stay" she whispers so that's exactly what I did
A/N: this has nothing to do with the story but I was playing totk and I talked to Molli and I thought she looks suspiciously like Saki (Teba's wife) and then she talked abt how her Father likes bows so I was like maybe it's Saki and Teba's kid but when I looked it up I realised she's Harth's kid!
