Trudging through the snow Arlecchino was on her way back from visiting Fontaine. She had almost reached her house where her lover hopefully lay asleep. Knowing you, however, you wouldn't rest till she got back. The sun cast a golden glow over Snezhnaya, at last, her current residence was in view.

You were almost passed out on the couch with a forgotten cup of tea beside you. You could have fallen asleep hours ago but chose not to you knew your girlfriend would be home any moment and you couldn't give up now.

A familiar voice follows the squeak of the door. Along with snow being dragged inside, but as long as Arlecchino was home safe everything was fine. You stood up to greet your partner, pretending like you hadn't almost fallen asleep. But she could see it in your eyes, the way they were bloodshot and bags covered the underpart.

"Love you're still awake?"

"Wow, Not even an I love you or I missed you y/n." You chuckled.

"I missed you y/n." The knave said as she grabbed your hand and kissed it.

Her actions made you blush a little but you quickly recovered as she started smirking at you. Grabbing your hand again she said.

"Did you miss me too my love?"

"Of course I did! You were away for weeks!"

Arlecchino's smile was a quick way to melt your heart. You may have usually been the flirty one but today she seemed to step up her game. An awkward silence fell between the two of you but was soon cut short by Arlecchino..

"So what did you do?"

"Nothing..."

"Oh come tell me."

"Just don't go in the kitchen yet."

Despite your warning Arlecchino did walk into kitchen, in which she saw the beautiful cake you had made her.

"Honey..."

"You weren't supposed to see yet." You pouted.

She ran up and hugged you. "Your such an amazing boyfriend!"
