Summary- Could you ever love a murderer?

"Y/n?"

You turned to face your boyfriend. "Yeah, what's up Wrio?"

"Would you still love me if I was a murderer?"

"What?"

"Again, would you still love me if I was a murderer?"

You were so confused and looked at Wriothesley like a deer in headlights. Shocked, and scared but too scared to move even an inch. But he still stared you directly in the eye. Archons what were you supposed to do in a situation like this? A gust of wind caused you to shiver, or maybe it was the situation you were in. Who knew at this point?

"What bought this on?"

"You know, I was thinking about... well my childhood."

Your eyes widened. Your boyfriend was a murderer? Who would do such a terrible thing? Were you next? Wrio seemed to understand you were panicking and tried to calm you as best he could.

"Hey love im not gonna hurt you, you know this." He grabbed your hand and then began playing with your hair. "It was just my childhood... I think I told you about half of it."

"Only... Half?"

He sighed holding you closer and burying his face in your neck. He started shedding a few tears, which he never did. You had never seen him like this. Usually, you were the clingy one, but now it was his turn.

"I was adopted right?"

You nodded along, following his new additions to his life.

"Well, my foster parents... they weren't the nicest people."

"Yeah..."

"So... I killed them. To save my siblings, I couldn't bear to see them get hurt like that. Those people were horrible and didn't deserve to call us their kids."

You had no words... Sure he had a pretty good reason, but he still murdered someone.

"I still love you Wrio... they hurt you... They hurt you so much."

He cuddled you and cried till you both fell asleep.
