Drunk under a street light- Xiao x Gn!reader- Flufftober!

This wasn't where you anticipated to be. You were dragging your best friend home from an evening of drinking. You two had come to a stop because Xiao needed to tie his shoe. And all you were able to think about was the amount of bugs had gathered under the streetlight. Even though you weren't as drunk as Xiao, you were still too drunk to function. You both hurried to your house when Xiao had finished tying his laces.

Xiao was a sloppy drunk, but he was also clingy. He clung to you the entire time, which was kind of adorable. But you had a huge crush on him, so every second he held on to you, your face warmed up.

It was difficult to keep your calm, but you wouldn't kiss him. You'd ask first, and you'd never take advantage of him when he's like this.

When you got home, Xiao started to open the front door but forgot it was locked. He ended up with a big bruise (which he later questioned). When the door was finally opened, he collapsed on the couch. He didn't change his clothing or do anything else before going to bed. Which was understandable given that it was midnight. You went to your respective but couldn't sleep.

Not for a negative purpose, but for a positive one. You couldn't believe how happy he was tonight.How beautiful he appeared. He won't remember much of what happened that night, so you'll have to fill in the blanks for him.

You were ready to fall asleep when you heard your door creak open. A set of eyeballs peered through the breach. "Y/N..."

You rolled over and faced the boy standing in the doorway. "Yeah?"

"Can I please come sleep with you?"

That's when your face turned even redder. "I..I- Um sure Xiao."

So he did just that. He sat close to you, almost like a cat. He seemed at ease. His usual harsh demeanour had given way to a small smile.
