Chapter 49- Her Decision

" Boyfriend?! Oh my god, you guys have finally made your relationship official," Anna said as she clapped her hands like an excited little girl with a smile on her face.

" Boyfriend? I thought you just said..." Jordan didn't get to complete whatever he wanted to say as my hand went behind him pinching him and he instantly shut up, turning to me in confusion.

Eddy had been quiet since I made my announcement so I decided to risk looking at his face, he didn't give anything away, he didn't show if he was surprised or not, he gave nothing at all.

" I have to run along now," Jordan said as he placed his hand on my shoulder turning me to him for a hug.

" Thank you so much for coming," I whispered to him, enjoying the feeling of his arms around me.

" We need to talk," He whispered back as his eyes moved to Eddy. I didn't need a soothsayer to tell me what he wanted to talk about. He kissed me on the head before he left.

Mr. Vincenzo and Anna were involved in a conversation while his girlfriend just stood beside them looking bored.

" Boyfriend huh?" Eddy asked with a smirk on his face, he was enjoying this unannounced introduction way too much.

" Would you like it if go tell them I'm joking?" I said as I acted like I wanted to walk to where Mr. Vincenzo and the others were but he drew me back.

" Hey, hey where do you think you're going?"

" Maybe you don't want me as a girlfriend," I said as I looked down in fake embarrassment.

" No, no, not that, it's just that, are you really serious about this?" He asked, looking into my eyes. I could see the fear of being hurt in his eyes and I didn't want to be the one to cause him pain.

" You can kiss me if you want, in front of everyone, maybe you'd believe I wasn't joking,"

" Katie, what will I do with you?" He asked, his face lowering before he claimed my lips. My hands instantly went around his neck as I ran my hands through his hair kissing him back.

I could feel eyes burning into my skin, but I didn't care.

When we ran out of air we detached our lips and I looked into his beautiful green eyes.

" Do you believe me now?"

" I think I need to check one more time," He said, covering my lips with his again.

Eddy didn't want to part ways with me, he kept stealing kisses whenever he could and he had my hand in his like he was afraid I would run away.

I'm still confused about my last-minute decision, but I don't regret it.

Eddy was healthy for me, I've been feeding on junks for too long.

We parked outside the mansion and I removed my seat belt but as I was about to open the car and step out Eddy stopped me. I looked at him in confusion, not until he opened his own door and rushed to mine did I understand what was happening. I couldn't help but chuckle.

" You're overdoing it," I said as I stepped out of the car.

" I wouldn't be me if I didn't,"

" Alright, I'll go in now," I said but just as I took the first step he stopped me again.

" Eddy," I groaned.

" I can't help it, you're my girlfriend now and it still feels like a dream, I feel like you'll tell me it's a joke,"

" Eddy we've talked about this, I'm here, maybe I should pinch you so you know you're not dreaming," I said as I brought my hand to his face pinching his left cheek and he groaned in pain hitting my hand away.

" That was personal,"

" You've been an ass," I said with an eye roll.

" But seriously Katie, I want to take you out this weekend," He said as his hands went around my waist drawing me to him.

" I want to show you how I treat my woman, my woman," He repeated, a smile playing on his lips.

" Okay, weekend then," I think Eddy was obsessed with my lips, I couldn't count how many times he has kissed me.

Kissing me one last time he entered his car and drove off.

I was serving dinner and I did as much as I could to avoid eye contact with Mr. Vincenzo, I didn't know why he kept looking at me, did he want his girlfriend to assassinate me?

" Katherine right?" Eva suddenly asked as I raised my head to look up at her.

" Yeah, that's my name,"

" So you're just new in your relationship right?" She asked and I nodded, where was she going with this?

" New relationships always feel like one just got newly wedded and is in need of a honeymoon. I think you should take a week leave, don't you think so baby?" She said as she turned to Mr. Vincenzo.

" Why don't all my staff just start a new relationship to go for a honeymoon leave, I don't pay her to go for honeymoon," He said as he dropped the napkin he was using to wipe his mouth before getting up and making his way upstairs.

I wasn't the one who asked for a leave. Why did it look like he was taking out his anger on me?

I finished what I was doing as I retired to my room. I had a hot shower and after the shower I put on a white robe walking out of the bathroom into my room.

My phone pinged and I went to check it, it was a message from Eddy, I couldn't help but smile as I read it.

" Hi, girlfriend,"

" Hi boyfriend," I replied.

I sat on my bed and continued texting him when I heard my room door open.

What the hell did he want now?

" Why are you here Mr. Vincenzo?" I asked as I tied the belt of my robe very well making sure I was well covered, he saw the action and scoffed.

" To think that just a few weeks ago you were moaning my name and now you act like you don't even know me," He said as he walked towards me.

" Mr. Vincenzo..." I didn't get to finish what I wanted to say before he rushed to me and my back hit the wall.

" Stop fucking calling me that, it Luca, Luca," he said in my face, our faces too close.

" Mr. Vincenzo, go to your girlfriend, I don't want trouble," I saw his jaw tighten in anger.

" So you can go to your boyfriend? He'll never be able to make you feel the things I do to your body, he'll never be able to touch you like I do, make you cum like I do,"
