"Mr. La Cordova! What a great news you got there, huh!" My father's bestfriend greeted me with all smiles. He even tapped my shoulders and smirking, he's teasing me, obviously. I just rolled my eyes at that and excused myself.

Umalis ako sa pwesto ng mga matatandang lalake na nagkukumpulan roon at nagbibiruan. They are all my father's bestfriends. And all of his friends are a tease.

"Dude! What in the fucking hell is happening?! You're engaged?! Haha, dude, you're fucked up!" I gave Fabio a deadly glare as he continues to tease me about it. Napairap nalang ako at napatitig sa kawalan. As if I want this.

My mother is the only one who wants to do this. Aniya pa ay matagal na kasunduan na raw ito. Kasunduan nila ng matalik nyang kaibigan. This is really fucked up. I don't want to do this thing! But what can I do? Nothing! I can do nothing because she's my mother and I have to obey her all the freaking time!

Just as I was about to sneak out when a beautiful woman caught my attention. She's serving the guests drinks with a soft smile plastered on her natural red lips. She's effortlessly beautiful, wearing a maid uniform. Tama lang ang kanyang tangkad, maalon ang kanyang kulay kayumangging buhok habang sya ay naglalakad upang magbigay ng inumin sa mga bisita. Her soft smile is a comfort.

I didn't know how long I was staring at her. Damn, woman. She took my breath away.

Morning after the party, I went down to look for that goddess. I want to know her name. And I think... I found the one who will take me away from this nightmare.

And there she is, laughing beautifully with the other servants as she keeps on washing the dishes and listening to their stories. Even her side view is fucking beautiful. She's a freaking goddess. I'm in-love.

Kaso mailap s'ya. She keeps on avoiding me like I'm a deadly virus she doesn't want to have. It hurts, yeah, but I don't care. I like her.. I love this goddess and I will make her mine. Pero syempre, maraming umeepal. Kung hindi si Lorraine, ay ang tanginang Khaster naman ang epal.

"Bro! Makikikain ako!" Makapal ang mukha ng gago na pumasok sa entrada ng bahay at hindi nya manlang nakitang may naglilinis ng sahig. Kung hindi pa sya lumingon sa kanan n'ya ay hindi makikita si Skyleigh na nagma-mop sa sahig.

"Ay, hala! Sorry po!" This fucking asshole even smiled at her! I saw how she blushed! Fuck, she blushed! And it's irritating because she blushed and it is not because of me! She never blushed whenever I'm hitting on her! That's unfair!

"Get lost." I cut him off. Gulat s'yang tumingin sa akin at mukhang nalilito pa sa ginawa ko. I'm pissed, okay?! I want to punch his stupid face. Tsk.

"Luh!" Narinig kong reklamo n'ya. Napairap ako at naglakad nalang palayo. Inis na ako sa kanya at naiinis na rin ako sa sarili ko kung bakit sa tinagal-tagal ko nang nilalandi si Raine ay hindi pa rin nya ako nagugustuhan!

That is just so unfair! Khaster is not even making a move on her but she's obviously into him!

"Nic! Makikikain ako! Walang ulam sa bahay! 'Di daw ako pwedeng kumain sabi ni Kuya!" Narinig ko pang sigaw n'ya habang humahabol sa akin. We both stopped when we were already at the dining room. Kaagad s'yang tumakbo at inunahan pa akong umupo. I just sighed and took my seat at the center.
