Chapter 11

Heather’s POV

I woke up in in Adrian’s arms. He was still asleep. I didn’t want to wake him so I gently moved his hand off of me and walked downstairs. I made myself some cereal and watched TV.

I haven’t talked to Brooke and Sarah in a while so I decided to call them. I wonder how they were doing with their mates. Brooke’s mate’s name was Connor and Sarah just met hers. His name was Josh. I called both of them so we could all talk to each other at once.

“Hey girl!” Sarah practically yelled into the phone.

 “Hey, hold on one sec I’m going to call Brooke so we can all talk!”

“Okay”

“Hey” Brooke said answering the phone.

“Hey, Sarah’s on the line with us”

“Oh cool!”

“Hi Brookie!” Sarah said.

“Hey” Brooke answered back.

“So what's going on; it feels like we haven’t talked in forever!” I squealed.

“I know how are thing going between you and Adrian?” Brooke asked.

“Great we are with each other all the time and have so much fun! How about you, what have you and Connor been up to?” I asked her.

“I moved in with him and we love each other so much! He’s the best!” Brooke squealed.

“How about you Sarah, how has it been with Josh” I asked her.

“We only met a little while ago but he’s so sweet and I think I love him!” She sounded really happy.

“That’s great! I’m so happy for you!” I said back.

“Yeah I'm glad that we all found the one!” Brooke said jumping back into the conversation.

“We should hook up this week! Like have a triple date so we can all get to know each other!” I said.

“Yeah we so should!” Sarah squealed.

“I can’t” Brook said.

“Why?” Sarah and I said at the same time.

“Because I'm going to meet Connor’s parents and I'm staying there this week. I’m leaving tonight” she said.

“Oh well Sarah and I can go then we can have another one later! How does that sound?” I asked.

“Great, well I have to go pack. Bye love ya!” Brooke said.

“Bye Brookie” Sarah and I said at the same time.

“Jinx!” we said at the same time again. Then we burst out laughing.

“Okay so what day, time and place?”

“Okay so how about we make reservations to a fancy restaurant and don’t tell our mates, and is seven o’clock good?” She asked.

“Perfect now what restaurant and what day” I asked.

“I'm not too sure but we have to figure it out” she said.

“Okay, so how about Friday night” I said.

“Okay, now we just need the restaurant” Sarah said.

“The Grand Del Mar!” Sarah and I said at the same time.

“Okay so we are all set! Now who’s going to call to reserve?” I asked.
