The next day we were off school. I decided while Hayden was in the library, I would take a walk in the woods behind the school to take some time for myself. Alone with my thoughts. The only sounds around me were the wind and birds chirping in the sunlight on top of tree branches. So it was odd when I heard footsteps around me. Running footsteps. Then screaming. The voice it came from sounded vaguely familiar. I followed it. Until, in the distance, I saw Willow.

At first I couldn't believe my dark eyes. I blinked, rubbed my eyes, checked three times, and she was still there. But Willow wasn't the only one. A dark figure followed her as she ran. I quickly snapped out of my thoughts and ran after the figure first. It only took me a few seconds to get the piss ant on the ground and dead. I checked his pulse and didn't feel anything. "Jaxx...?" Someone called. I looked up and saw Willow looking down at me. I never hugged someone so tight. Tears filled my eyes as I let her go. I just couldn't believe after all these years she was still alive... Sure she wasn't in the best shape, but she was still safe now. "What happened to you?" I asked, looking at the injuries scattered on her body. There were so many standing up looked like a pain for her. "Can you take me to a doctor first?"

All I could do was stare at Willow in disbelief. Some asshole kidnapped her for all those years, and she was still alive. "Are you guys siblings?" Violet questioned. I nodded. What I liked about her was she treated me and Willow like any other normal demons. Not super scared or praising like most other people. Besides Hayden of course. He was always unique. That was one of the many things I liked about him. I got out my phone to text him, only to realize he didn't have a phone. I should buy him one... I thought. That was for a different day. I was just happy to see my sister. As much as I wanted to spend time with her, I walked outside next to the door to call my dad. If I didn't leave he would probably start complaining about the background conversations between Violet and Willow.

"What? I'm busy."

" I have really good news."

"Can it wait?"

"Willow's alive."

"SHE'S WHAT!!?"

"She's in the hospital. I thought you would want to visit her-"

He hung up the phone. I sighed. He didn't even care his daughter was alive- Lucifer spawned a portal right in front of me, jumping out of it. "WHERE IS SHE!!?" I showed him the door to her hospital room she was in. I wouldn't be lying if I said he ripped her away from her bed and wires documenting things like her heart rate and into his arms. "MY BABY!!" He yelled. Willow hugged him back. He lifted her in the air. "WHERE IN MY HELL WERE YOU!!?" Satan interrogated. "She got kidnapped." I answered. He dropped her to the floor. "WHO WAS IT!!?"

"I already killed him." I acknowledged. "Oh...DAMN JAXXON!! NOW HE'S IN MY HELL!!" Lucifer snapped. "He's still dead. Now you don't have to find him." Violet justified, putting Willow's Vitals back on. "But he's still there." Satan said annoyed. "He's one person. It's not that big of a deal." She replied. "Fine." He muttered stubbornly. "Don't touch anything." She commanded my dad, walking out.

HAYDEN'S POV

I chugged down my daily nightmare medication from Violet. "Have you met Jaxx's sister?" I almost spit it out in shock. "Isn't she missing?" I questioned. "She was but Jaxx actually found her today. She got kidnapped for all those years and escaped as he was going on a walk. Willow even said he killed her kidnapper Jason in only a few seconds." Violet explained. I followed her to his sister's hospital room.

JAXX'S POV

For hours, I watched as Hayden and Willow talked to each other. I was happy for both of them, but exhausted. If it was anyone else talking to their friends I would have left by now, but they were my two favorite people talking to each other so I stayed in the uncomfortable metal chair, third wheeling myself for the sake of their relationship and shared interests.

Eventually, I went back to the dorm. As much as I wanted to go to bed and sleep forever, I was only there to give my sister her Polly Pocket mini house collection back. After I did, I came to the grateful realization that I wasn't the only tired one. Hayden and I left back to our dorm. The whole walk back all he talked about was how much he and Willow had in common, and all the things they would talk about the next time they saw each other after school. I couldn't be happier.
