Meera
Sapne, har kisi ke apne hote hain,
Bas Kuch ke poore aur kuch ke adhure.Hum jante hain Yash, kuch sapne us bachche ke bhi the, jinhein ummedon ke bojh ke tale daba diya gaya, kamayabi ke pairon tale kuchal diya gaya.
Par ab nahin, I promise you ke us bachche ka har adhura sapna ham poora karenge.
Bags packed and done, the jet will be ready and we'll board the flight early in the morning. The washroom door clicked open and Yash walked out in just a towel hanging low on his hips.
His back faced me, the sculpted muscles were inviting. Those veiny hands, I was gawking at him. Glad he didn't realise because the mirror was on the other side. He took his clothes and moved out of the closet.
I changed into my pyjamas and completed my night skincare routine. While I was arranging my closet my gaze fell on my anklets, a long time since I touched them.
I walked into the room and sat at the study desk, my journal needed my attention. While I was writing I could feel him staring at me. Without lifting my eyes I asked, Kya dekh rahe hain Rana Sa?
Dekh nahin, soch rahe hain. Kya kiya hai aapne hamare sath haan? His question made me stop in my tracks. What is he talking about? K...Kya kiya hai hamne? I was stuttering for god's sake.
He sighed and said, wahin toh ham nahin samajh pa rahe. Aaj tak aisa koi nahin hai jiske na hone se hamein fark pada ho, par aap ek pal ke liye bhi nazar se door hoti hain toh, toh man bechain ho jata hai.
His words brought a wide smile on my face. I have never felt this amazing at someone wanting me. I closed my journal and walked to the bed. I sat there and his head ended up in my lap.
He was staring at me, his eyes were light and glistening with numerous emotions. My fingers raked through his hair as he spoke.
Hamein aaj tak kisi cheez se dar nahi laga Rani Sa. Par us din jab, jab hamne aapko dekha aise zakhmi. Rooh kaamp gayi hamari. It wasn't just something in my mind, it physically ached me to see you like that.
Please, promise me you won't ever do anything like that again, not even for me, he added. I just kissed his forehead and his eyes closed shut.
Kya pucha tha aapne? Ke kya kar rahe hain ham aapke saath, kuch bhi toh nahin. Jo kuch ho raha hai woh, bas ho raha hai aur, har cheez ko naam dene ki zarurat nahin hoti.
Kuch ehsaas bagair jataye hi samjhe jate hain, I whispered.
The next morning I was the first one to get up while the thirty-year-old baby beside me slept like a log.
I got ready and changed into a pair of clothes appropriate for a long journey. Sitting on the bed, I ran my fingers through his hair which is a new obsession for me.
Yash, get up or else we are going to be late, I whispered gently caressing his jaw. He grabbed my hand and placed it back on his head when I removed it. I chuckled and snatched the duvet off him.
Still, no effect. I opened the curtains letting the sun do its job. He sat upright covering his face with his palms. So bad you are Rani Sa, sone dijiye na, he cribbed.
You are a baby Rana Sa, I chuckled at his antics. His face turned serious somehow and that smirk came back to his lips. Well I ain't a baby but, I can help if you want any, he teased. Blush coated my cheeks as heat rushed to my face.
Pehle aap toh bade ho jaiye phir kisi chhotey ko bada karne ki sochenge, I retorted and walked out of the room. The butlers carried our stuff to the car.
