Thakur Baadi: About Three Weeks Ago.
Author
The news of the ultimate secret being busted did not sit well with Dev Thakur. He was more than infuriated when he got to know from Shivraj Rathore that their secret was now known to Yashraj.
How could you do that Bade Hukum? He yelled over the phone.
I didn't have any option, I was burdened by the truth over my chest. But don't worry, I trust Yash, he'll never let Meera know about it, he ensured from the other side.
Shaurya Thakur stood beside his father not understanding even an ounce of it.
Kya tha yeh sab Baba? What will he not let Meera know? He asked his father who threw his phone in anger.
Sighing Dev plopped himself on his chair and asked his son to grab a chair for himself too. Shaurya locked the door behind him and sat across his father.
His father revealed the age old secret to him and to say the least, he was dumbfounded.
Yeh kaise ho sakta hai Baba? You love Meera and Advika don't you? He asked his father.
Of course I do Shaurya, more than anything but, I was naive at that time, he explained.
Please Shaurya, Keep this just to yourself please, I beg you. If any of your sisters get to know about it, they'll be broken beyond repair, he exclaimed in tears.
Shaurya was too numb to react but ensured his father of the same. He loved both his sisters to death and will never tolerate their tears.
But, little did they know, the fire had already been ignited. Advika stood on the other side of the door, with two cups of tea in her hands. She was left intrigued by the conversation but masked it up and knocked on the door.
Both the father and son were left startled by the knock but correcting their appearances and masking their upset faces with normal ones, Shaurya opened the door.
Tu kab aayi Chhoti? He asked his little sister.
Bas abhi aayi bhai, Chai dene, she exclaimed handing the tray to her brother. He took the tray and locked the door behind him.
Advika was more than curious to know the matter now. And as said, curiosity kills the cat. She locked the door of her room and plopped herself onto the couch engrossed in her own thoughts.
What could it be? And how was the Rathore Family linked with her and her Meera Di's life?
At first, she was sketchy about it but, then hatched a plan to know more about the secret.
Being a techno savvy it was as easy as cakewalk to hack into anything. She decided to hack her father's phone and get a hold of the conversation that was going on.
She hacked into the CCTV camera that was in the study room as well as her father's phone. It all took more than four hours to complete, she downloaded all of it to her laptop but, her mother called her for dinner when she was about to watch it.
Dinner for her, was quite awkward. As her curiosity took a toll over her brain, her rationality took a toll over her heart.
Her heart was thumping in her chest, screaming at her to let bygones be bygones but, her brain throbbed in her head. It was asking her to go ahead and look deeper into it.
Her sister Meera, was her ideal and role model from the time she had seen her excel in her field. The love and respect that she held for her sister was pushing her to no bounds to look into the matter.
