"We're just going to fight and get it over with, okay?", he stated promptly, not shifting his expression once.
"Well, that's straight forward, but fine", I told him. I kind of shrugged off the attitude because I had been getting it all day. Aside from rock boy, the attitudes are getting old, real fast. Backing up a good bit I allowed room for him to make the first move, he still kind of stood there.
"What? No Summoner to fight?", he asked me, this time changing his face to show confusion.
"I only wear my outfit when the situation calls for it, and I don't feel like it right now"
"How stupid", he exaggerated while rolling his eyes. A huge huff outward and he looked away for a second.
"You know, it's not something I trapse around in every second of the day. We're in Valsyri, I don't need to be Summoner and you're not enough of a threat", I stated coldly.
Pissing him off wasn't intentional but I'm not just going to suit up every time I fight children, emphasis on children. In his anger he began to use his magic. His sigil is gray, which tells me where his magic is affiliated, it rises up with his body staying in the center of it. Some of him changed, his legs were now that of a tiger, and his arms the same but turned back to human closer to his shoulders. The eyes were now a glowing brown and ears stuck out of his hair. A single leap later and he landed on the ground facing me with a smirk. Almost immediately attacking me from his landing that turned into a pounce. The agility was amazing as he began jumping attacks at me, swinging his claws on both his hands and feet. I dodged them, stopping others with my forearms or my magic. Dirt was being thrown around upon landing and leaping, some of the bark on the trees didn't stand a chance when his claws made impact. I was blocking a lot of his physical attacks because I want to study him. There wasn't a lot of shifting magic seen within both worlds so It's fascinating to me. Also, maybe he picked a tiger to have strengths and to be easily combative, this would increase certain attributes. I jumped over a low swinging kick and fully flipped over his figure, now standing behind him. Continuously moving around the field helped to understand his movements better.
Letting out several blasts of black magic he got hit by a few of them but then turned around to escape the others. Moving quickly, he changed his form again and this time wings took place at his backside. His head had two spikes sticking out, almost like horns and he sped right for me. I lunged sideways, just missing the talons I didn't see, and he headed for the sky. For a few moments you could only hear the flapping of his wings and the tops of the trees rustling a bit. Spinning in multiple directions there was no way to make out where he was going to be. What seemed like him coming in on my right I tried to cast but he surprised me from the left. Ripping skin and my shirt open with his talons he made his return. I yelled in agony, it felt like being torn apart but it ended just as quick. His body flashed through the trees disappearing once more. The pain was so intense my body decided it only wanted to focus on that, I tore the rest of my shirt off me. Tying it just above my stomach to get the bleeding to slow down, the pressure hurt but helped most the pain subside for now. Using little bits of white magic to start the healing process I was knocked in the head and right shoulder. I tried to stay conscious when he hit me again, now hitting me into the wall of the tower. There was no time to move, and he had gotten me again, he's still fast.
My head and ears were ringing so badly It felt like my skull split open. Not to mention the rest of my body that landed against the structure, no time for pain; he wasn't done. The instance where my sight lined up properly showed me, he had some form of a rhino, and he was headed my way. Horn first he charged at me at full speed. At the last second, I moved out of the way while he plowed into the stone, quickly pressing my hand on his side I casted. It took a bit to fixate on him but there was enough power to throw him about twenty something feet away. The animal parts began tumbling through rotations as he hit the ground and rolled. I tried scratching an itch on the side of my neck and only felt blood oozing from my ear. A small spell, I casted, starting to heal what I could otherwise I won't beat him. The bleeding stopped and my sight fixed itself, the stinging in my head dwindled. No sign of him or even a sound now that he was deep in the woods around us. Remembering the direction he went in, I tried to focus as best I could, maybe his shirt, maybe just leaves. All I could actually see was brush once my eyesight found its way further. I started walking to find his body to check if he was okay. Even though he has an attitude I'm still responsible for his well-being. Plus, even I have to abide by the no killing rule and If I killed a student then it wouldn't help with anything. On the way, I put all I could into healing so that I at least had better strength. Nothing worked at first but then there was the sensation of feeling better running through me. I was now questioning my magic since it keeps acting up, I'll fully deal with it later.
