Her body began to glow. At first her skin, then her whole silhouette turned a bright pink, and then turned into a white color. She lifted off the floor and it's like a bunch of light from other places was attracted to her like a magnet. Lights you couldn't even see before starting to appear, the electricity in the apartment was completely normal during all of this too. The light got brighter and brighter every second and finally it gave a huge burst and there she stood with her hair falling back into place, fully in outfit as the leader of the Warrior Legion, Starlight.

Mine isn't as cool but... I do summon a black flame that starts at my feet and slowly slithers up and around my body. My black boots appear followed by the light blue body suit with my black shorts appearing soon after. They're closer to briefs than shorts but not anywhere close to underwear to begin with. Then my chest is covered, and my black gloves burn onto me with my mask forming out of thin air. It looks like an executioner's mask but it's also more of a helmet in style. A chain wraps loosely at my collar bones connected to the cape that hangs down my back. Fully suited I now look like my hero self as Summoner. I grabbed Starlight's hand and said Orchid Avenue, and before she could ask, we teleported.

Orchid Avenue is a pretty dark place, it has a sinister atmosphere and a lingering doubt that feels like it'll eat you up inside. It is always dark and overcast here with mostly rain but this time there's a blanket of white from the snow that fell. It's still piercingly cold with our breath covering our faces as we try to make out where specifically we teleported to. We ended up in the graveyard near a tree from down the hill to the only house we can both see. There ends up being a plume of smoke coming from the chimney as well so that gives us a sign of life. We made our way through the crunch of the snow beneath us and the tombstones with just a couple of inches sitting on them like a snowy wig. The path from the house to the graveyard was barely visible but it did creep into view once we got closer. The scenery beyond the hill was about the same but an empty field lying dormant for more bodies to be buried eventually. Other than that, a bunch of trees trimmed the property to hide whatever else might be further.

The wooden steps to the porch were very old and creaked loudly as we put our weight in our steps. They weren't even covered in snow which I did find to be odd but then I felt Starlight's hand slowly grip my shoulder to signal me to wait.

"Look, the door is open".

You could see the light peeking through a baby crack in the door frame and the heat from the fire you could hear made it feel all the more enticing. I raised my hand ready to cast and Starlight's fingertips began to glow as she too was ready. Together we slowly entered the house, it had a small front room with the fireplace already lit that we heard because of the cackling. Nothing more than a sitting room so we proceeded further into the house through a kitchen that was a strange purple color. Just not what you'd expect walking into a home with such a presence from the outside. The strangeness grew as we entered a larger living space with an old watch panel and on the floor near the couch was a team of small dots. Blood, this put both of us on full defense mode, so I looked at Liza and she nodded while looking up stairs. I nodded back. We did this without saying a single word because if something was going on we didn't want to give ourselves away. We had an understanding as to who was taking which lead and I knew she was going to investigate the upstairs. I knelt down at the blood and placed my hand, full open palm, over the stains. Liza made her way further up the stairs disappearing from my peripheral view. The blood began to shake just a little bit as if it were still fresh and wet, slowly joining back together as a whole, I can now use a life echo. This allows me to look into the owner of the person's blood and to see if they died or not and to tell me what and how this happened. It's almost like looking into someone's mind but with the potential of them most likely being dead already.
