This was good to hear, maybe there's hope with him trusting me enough if I can't do anything. My power level should qualify me, a backup however would be useful if we get into a confrontation. I called attention to the room once more, each one of them watching me, "I just want to stress one crucial thing to this entire plan. If anything fails or goes south, promise me you'll all get yourselves out first." Furrowed brows shifted the atmosphere back to confused and angry, but I cut them off quickly. "Karma took the time to find all of you, she risked the natural order of nature to show herself to each and every one of you. Don't waste it, there's a reason she did it, and I know none of you know what it truly means but at least trust me on that. She's a completely different being with her own powers and this time something positive came of it. We're supposed to be a team whether we save the others or not so please, no matter how you feel towards me, stay a team." I received better reactions than anticipated, and with Stargazer's trust the rest of them were able to agree. As far as I'm aware, this is a one in a million chance, and if the final plan is to be kept then they have to survive no matter the cost. Reluctantly they can all agree on this without having to argue more, or just argue with me particularly. "What are we going to do then, if we have one day then we should act quick", Screamer said with a little desperation lingering in his words. "Don't worry, if we all agree then I think it's safe to say we should be going", I announced. The rest of the group stood up and Stargazer made sure to tell everyone to take a few seconds. A moment to do whatever they wanted wouldn't hurt, some quick alone time and a fast minute to process. He began stretching a few moments later while a few of the others went and took care of some things. Fire-Soul went to check that the gate was still locked and would remain that way while we were gone. Hummingbird and Screamer started asking questions regarding what this means and began questioning if they were fully ready for something like this. Vortex consoled them by stating that their training was going to come in handy and that they had to be ready. "Training prepares your body for how much energy you can put out, the field is always unpredictable", she informed them. They both looked terrified by a smidge but that might just keep them alive or alert. The five of us stood here waiting for the others to return and once Phaser came back, we were only waiting on one more.

Fire-Soul took a bit longer but when she arrived, she apologized and told us that she had to grab something for me. Placing out her hand there was a small circular black piece lying in her palm. "It's a comm piece, since we all have them, it felt appropriate to give you one", she expressed while I took it from her. Fitting it into the cavity of my ear we all did a check in to register the communication network. Each of their voices could be heard like they were sitting right in my ear. I thanked her and then addressed everyone as a group, "is everyone ready?", I asked. There was a consensus of nodding heads in response confirming that we were all ready. "Remember, we have one day so that puts us at about twelve hours to get this done and found out if the others are alive to save them." "Right!", they all called back understanding the main objective at stake. I told them to stand together after this, as a group. It took some slight shifting around and soon we were all closer together but within an arm's length apart. Informing that they might feel a little bit dizzy after caused some looks, but we teleported immediately. Before anyone could say a word, the canyon hideout left and a dirty, small drab bus station sketched itself around us. Nobody was here, but I knew that before we left, weird looks flew in my direction, and I had to explain. My magical intuition told me no one would be here, so I picked this spot. If anyone had been here, then it would have ruined all chances considering we are still dressed like heroes. None of them get it but there was an "okay" that filled the room anyway. Two of them were holding their heads as the side effects kicked in and they required help to keep standing. Allowing them time to restructure I then spoke to everyone about how this is where we are going to split up. Hummingbird and Screamer both took on horrified looks and exchanged them to one another. Stargazer told them not to worry because he thinks, while giving me a look, that they'll be fine. He also mentioned that they would each have someone of equal power on their team. I wasn't specifically thinking about who was more powerful or had equal power. He was right though in a sense that they were both going to be on different teams. "How did you know that?", Hummingbird asked, and he responded by telling her it was a lucky guess.
