Kion charged towards Scar with a bright flash of light streaking behind him.

Scar swiftly sidestepped and dodged Kion's bull charge. Kion threw a paw at Scar, who easily deflected it. Scar smirked evilly and back-kicked Kion away from him. Kion shook his head in confusion and pain as he soon regained his composure and charged at Scar once again.

Both armies from either side watched the gory turmoil between their leaders unfold. Neither side charged each other, and no one joined the fray. They stood stone-faced at the battle between their powerful leaders as they clashed furiously against each other.

On the other hand, Rani was extremely worried for Kion's life. She knew what happened to Kion when he confronted Scar before. The first time, Scar was unphased when Kion used the legendary Roar of the Elders on him. Scar easily tossed Kion aside and defeated him as if Kion were a ragdoll. The second encounter began the tragedy when Kion mysteriously disappeared but was discovered to be kidnapped by Scar and his 2 apprentices. Rani watched the battle intently, wanting to jump in to help Kion in his fight for dominance, but she knew she would get killed. She knew if she died, everyone would be devastated and Baliyo would have to be the heir and he would have to withstand the loss of another family member. Thus, she watched the battle from a distance.

Kion recomposed himself after another devastating blow to the head from Scar. Kion decided he needed to end this battle now. He hovered off the ground and his eyes turned golden again. Despite the ferocious look on his face, Scar looked unphased and even chuckled.

Scar: Alright Kion. Show me what ya got!

Kion arched his head back and let out the Roar of the Elders, but this time with much more velocity and power. Scar staggered back but wasn't defeated.

As Kion unleashed a mighty roar once more, Scar controlled the roar and redirected it toward Kion. However, to Scar's surprise, Kion absorbed it. Scar backed away from his grandnephew in shock, fear now evident in his eyes.

Kion expected Scar to use his powers to control and redirect his own roar at him. Kion also knew the secret behind Scar's newfound and predominant power.

Kion: You have lost Scar! It is over! You have caused enough trouble for me and my family and you shall now pay!

Kion arched his head back and his eyes glowed brighter than ever before, perhaps as bright if brighter than the Sun itself. He unleashed the mightiest of all his roars upon his granduncle.

Scar tried using his powers to halt the roar in its tracks, but the Roar passed through his shield and struck him straight in the chest. The sheer magnitude of the roar's force sent Scar tumbling back several meters.

Scar was pinned against a tree and caused it to collapse. Scar fell to the ground, mortally wounded and severally injured. Kion flashed over to his granduncle, who was at his mercy, with a vengeful look in eyes.

However, Scar just looked at Kion and smirked ever so slightly. Kion looked confused as to Scar's sudden change in behavior.

Scar: You think this is over Kion? You are so wrong! You may have won the battle, but you have lost the war. I will return, and when I do, you will see the outcome of your actions.

Scar smirked even eviler if possible and then vanished in thin air. Kion stood in the spot where his granduncle just vanished and pounded the ground in frustration and anger.

Kion: I HAD HIM! HOW DID HE JUST VANISH! UGH!

However, Kion soon regained his composure and remembered his friends who were still at the tree. He flashed back to the battlegrounds in front of the Tree of Life.

However, when he arrived, no one moved. Everyone was so shocked and frozen in their positions on the events that just unfolded.

Kion: Who's next?

Upon Kion saying this, all the villains ran away in terror.

Kion started picking them off one by one until there was only one of them left, Makucha.

Kion: Any last words Makucha?

Makucha: You will never win.

Kion looked at him with a triumphant and no-mercy expression.

Kion: Oh, but I already have.

Kion then swiftly slit his throat and all the villains were officially dead.

Kion's eyes shifted back to their normal color and his mind cleared up.

Kion: Ugh! What happ-

He was interrupted by a figure pouncing on him and pinning him down.

Rani: You did it! You saved us again! You are a hero!

Rani licked him across the face. and cuddled into his chest.

Beshte: That was Poa!

Fuli: It sure was!

Baliyo: How did you do that?

Kion: I don't know. Anyways, where's Bunga and the others?

Miraculously, Bunga, Anga, Azaad, and Ono were freed of their corruption when Scar was ridded of his power. They approached their friend and leader.

Bunga: That was UNBUNGALIEVABLE!

Ono: Indeed.

Anga: Yep.

Azaad: Yes.

Kion: Thank you everyone. I do appreciate that much.

Kion and Rani then noticed their position and blushed intensely as they sat up.

They were about to disperse when a loud scream was heard from the Tree of Life.
