Setherian went to visit Rebecca at the small house where she lived, when he arrived he saw her working very animatedly in the garden, her clothes were full of mud as well as her hands, she looked like a beggar, however she had a big smile on her lips while she was planting some plants. Setherian stared at her for a few minutes before speaking to her.

-Princess, until when will you stop crawling in the mud.

Rebecca turned her face at the sound of his voice, she didn't like dealing with Setherian, in a way she could feel how much he hated her when he saw her, it scared her, she didn't know when he would get upset and he would decide to kill her.

-Your majesty.

Setherian moved a little closer, his gaze was loaded with hatred and anger that day, she wondered why he was so upset, instinctively Rebecca backed away falling on her ass.

-What do you think you're doing? Get up- Setherian ordered.

Rebecca stood up, hid her hands behind her back and asked fearfully.

-What are you doing here, your majesty?

-I came to ask you something.

-What is it?

-What kind of magic do you possess?

-I do not possess magic, your majesty.

Setherian became angry, normally all members of the royal family were born possessing magic, it was impossible for her not to possess any magic at all.

-Are you making fun of me?

Rebecca could see Setherian's scowl become even more pronounced, he looked truly annoyed, she was afraid and stepped back.

-I wouldn't dare do such a thing your majesty.

"At least not to his face," Rebecca thought as she waved her hands nervously.

-Never mind, tomorrow we'll go to the temple and I'll find out.

Rebecca thought Setherian was going to leave, however, he just stared at her from head to toe and said.

-You must go back to the palace, you won't be playing in this place anymore.

-No, why? If I have done anything to annoy your majesty, I beg your pardon.

Rebecca knelt down and began to cry while saying.

-Please majesty, don't force me to return to the palace, anything but that, I will do as you wish, but don't force me to return.

-Get up, until now I have allowed you to do what you want, but that is over, you must take your place in the royal palace, even if I don't like the idea you are my wife and you must give me a son, after that you can do what you want with your life.

-A son!" exclaimed Rebecca.

-Yes, so get up, I'm not going to continue arguing- Setherian started to walk away, Rebecca called him and said.

-Please your majesty, let me stay here a little longer, at least during the day, at night I will return to the palace.

-No," said Setherian as she set off again.

Rebecca could not bear the thought of becoming a prisoner again, after having a modicum of freedom she felt she would die if she became a prisoner again, she used her last card as pleading had not worked.

-Please majesty, you owe me.

Setherian stopped, turned around and looked at her as if he wanted to kill her.

-I saved your life once, if you feel a little grateful, let me stay in this place, even if it's only for the day.

-All right, I will let you come back here during the day, but you will sleep in the palace and when you get pregnant that will be over, you will stay in the palace until you give birth, then you can do whatever you want.

-Yes, that's fine your majesty, thank you.

Setherian left after saying that, Rebecca stood there looking at the place she had called home for three years, she knew it would not last forever but in her heart she had wished it fervently.

She returned to her garden and finished sowing the plants that were still to be planted, then returned to the small house, as it was full of mud, she put water to heat and prepared everything to take a bath. After bathing she remembered the king's words, she had to return to the palace and give him a son to be the heir, as at the beginning the king had made it clear that he would never touch her Rebecca thought that would be so forever, however that had only been a passing illusion.

That night Rebecca could hardly sleep, the next day she woke up tired, as she searched through her dresses for what to wear Rebecca wondered what time they would come for her. She pulled out a simple soft pink dress with white lace decorations, after combing her hair she tied it with a ribbon and made herself breakfast. Rebecca had just finished her breakfast when there was a knock at the door, she hurried to open it, it was the butler who had gone to fetch her.

-Princess, his majesty is waiting for you, please follow me.

Rebecca followed the butler, when she reached the entrance she saw a large black carriage with the emblem of the royal family, a black dragon with two crossed swords on a shield.

-Princess, get into the carriage, his majesty is inside.

The butler helped Rebecca into the carriage, seeing that Roman was also there he sat down next to her as she was more afraid of Setherian than of him.

Roman had been feeling pain in his leg, but by the time they reached the temple, the pain was almost gone. Setherian got off first, he didn't help Rebecca off, she had to get off the best way she could, however Setherian did help his brother off the carriage. Rebecca stepped aside and let them go ahead, she didn't want to be in the king's sights, his gaze so terrifying and cold made her shiver with fear and wonder at what moment he would grab her neck and kill her.

"I'd better try to keep a low profile, he doesn't seem to be in a good mood," Rebecca thought and walked behind them without making any noise.
