REN and The Heartless Devil

CHAPTER XXXIV

I am waiting for Yuri and Magi to come out, this is our last exam for the finals and half day lang kami ngayon. Nature call's kaya pumunta muna akong cr, I saw sir Lorenz on the way and he is carefully looking at me. "It's not yet over" he said smiling dangerously at me. I just give him a quizzical look and walk straight to where the comfort room is. He is acting weird lately, I don't know if he is a friend or a foe, is it a warning or a threat.

"San ka galing Ren" salubong sa akin ni Magi nakalabas na pala sila. "Cr" still bothered about what he said. "Kain na tayo wala na akong energy" hinatak na kami ni Yuri papuntang cafeteria. "Where will you spend you're sem break?" I just shrug my shoulders, I have no plans for this semestral break, training maybe.

"Uy dito kayo" Clint waved at us kaya pinuntahan namin yung table nila. I sit beside Brylle and lapad ng ngiti nya sa akin, anong problema neto. "What's with that weird smile?" I ask him nakataas pa yung isang kilay ko. "Flat one yung grade ko sa design. Thanks to you" Kaya naman pala I smiled at him in return "You should thank yourself not me, your design is already amazing minus my opinion."

"Libre na kita" my smile grows wider, ha! Libre na kaya yun. He was about to stand up when Clay put a tray full of food in front of me. "Tch!" I heard Brylle hissed, ayaw nya nun di na sya gagastos pa. "You're welcome" Clay said before he sit down beside me, I just grin at him.

"Arena tayo mamaya, tingnan natin kung ano na  progress dun" Brent suggested minutes later, good thing nasa counter pa sina Magi. The Black Death mafia took charge with the cleaning and renovation of the gangster arena. It's been almost a month since that night, we're still graving but we need to move forward. "Meet up same place, 8 pm tonight."

I shifted my gaze to Grae when he said that. I can still remember his honest laugh last time, we talked till morning like it's the usual thing we do. He caught me looking at him, I just give him an awkward smile, putcha huli. To my surprise, he smiled back to me in front of our mates. "Holy shit! Nakita nyo yun, nag smile ang isang Grae Ezekielle Lombardini" Seige exclaimed, nakaturo pa yung index finger nya kay Grae with wide eyes.

"Shut up Stuart" he look at Seige grimly, the later becomes pale. "Pffttt, yan kasi dude" kantyaw sa kanya ni Aidan sinamaan lang nya ito ng tingin. "Eat this" Gosh Clay! Bakit nya ako sinusubuan sa harap nila, PDA lang. He is seriously looking at me kaya no choice, nganga nalang di ba baka magtampo pa. "Nakz duma damoves tayo men!" Brent teased us, I felt my check blushed, napayuko ako kaya they teased us even more. I raise my head seconds later, nakita ko nalang yung likod ni Grae na palabas ng cafeteria.

"Anong nangyari kay King?" Dustin ask kaya napaisip naman ako. "Baka may emergency" Aidan answered casually. "I don't think so" Devon said that with a meaningful look, like he knew something that we don't. Tch! Masundan na nga lang tapos na din naman akong kumain. "Where are you going?" Clay's forehead is creased like he is pissed. Hays, maybe he's jealous again, "Home?" dun pa lang nawala yung kunot ng noo nya. "Gab sabay na ako kay Magi may kukunin pa kasi sya sa library" I just nod at ngpaalam na sa kanila.
