Katie POV:
I spent the next day working on my step sisters dresses.
I was almost done with one when Angela came in. " I want you to make me a dress out of this fabric,"she said. She handed me a green/blue fabric with sparkles in it.
It was beautiful, until she asked me to make her a mermaid type of gown.
I haven't made one like that since mom. But I told her I would do it but I would need some measurements.
She nodded as I got out my tape measure. I turned back around only to find her searching my room for something.
"Can I help you with whatever you are looking for?" I asked. She turned around and just smiled at me. I gave her a look then decided to keep my door locked next time.
I took some measures and started to make the dress. It usually takes a week to make them, but i only have three days till the ball.
And then I get note that it is a masquerade ball. Now I have to make them all a mask. So much to do in three days.
I started to make her gown and spent two days on it. I couldn't sleep at all. Right after I made their masks, I fell asleep. I was too tired.
But before i dosed off, I heard laughter and my door closing.
