Chapter 30

Katie POV:
I watched him. On one knee in front of me. I felt my world slow down. So much had happened in so little time.

Being held captive,forced to work for my step family,losing my father,losing Wills father,becoming enemy number one to she wolfs,finding my mate,becoming Wills mother.

Like I said a lot. Good and bad. I thought about what our future would be. Giving Will a brother or sister, or both. Living happily ever after. Taking care of the kingdom. Raising a family. Living a life I always wanted to.

I guess I didn't notice how long I had stayed silent, because when I came back he looked like he was about to pass out from me not answering. I got down on both of my knees and held his face in my hands and caressed his cheeks.

"I will gladly marry you," I told him with tears forming at my eyes.He smiled and went over and placed the ring on my left ring finger and we shared a passionate kiss.

When we pulled back, Will jumped on Dannys back and caused him to fall over. I started to laugh and made sure they were both ok. Will jumped into my arms and we walked back into the castle and went to the kitchen to sneak some food.

"Mommy, look what I found," He said. I turned so I could see what he was putting on the counter. There it was. A huge tub of Chocolate Chip cookie dough ice cream. I grabbed acouple spoons and joined him.

After a while we started to talk about what was going to go on.

"So you and daddy are going to get married?" He said. I nodded my head and slipped some ice cream into my mouth.

"I wasn't around for my mommy and daddy's wedding. So could I maybe be in yours?" He asked with such happiness.

"Well of course. We cant have a wedding without you," I told him. His little cheeks help make the biggest smile in the world. I laughed as he went off and started to scream that we were getting married. I sat down at the counter after closing the door.

I stuffed a couple more spoonfuls into my mouth, got up and was putting the ice cream back in the freezer when I felt a couple arms go around me.

I feared the worst so I elbowed my intruder and pushed him on the ground and held him there. Until I realized it was my new fiancé.

Daniel POV:

I didnt realize she would act like that. Only I could tell she felt bad since she quickly got up off of me and tried to help.

"Sorry, I'm so sorry Danny," She kept muttering. I started to laugh and held her close. It had been a long while since we had just us time. Since getting Will and that whole Anna thing. We were finally alone.

And of course I blew it because I just had to sneak up on her after all this mess. Well at least she knows to fight and take care of herself. I dont need to worry about that.

She wrapped her arms around me and we relaxed together. So we sat in the kitchen and talked about different things. But the biggest was about our wedding. She wanted it soon, I wanted it soon as well. But not like tomorrow soon.

She talked about different colors and decorations. Then she froze up. I looked her way.

"Do you think we could maybe have a garden wedding?" She asked. I thought about it. Most werewolf weddings were done in a church. Even if both families weren't Religious. Why I have no idea. Guess they just stuck to it after all these years.

And being a king with a new queen or vice versa, it was usually held in the castle, easier to protect people.

But no one had ever thought of having a garden wedding. At least none that I had ever heard of. I thought about it a bit more. It would be nice to do something a little different. To show the world that we can do something else.

A fresh set of eyes and life. It would be nice. And I thought of how it would be. Her hair in some fashion. Her in a beautiful wedding dress. Flowers all around her. And that smile. Plus her being mine and a future for us to have. An outside wedding might be fun too.

I turned her way and nodded my head. She smiled so big and hugged me close. She then looked to the door and I followed suit. There stood Will with a light jacket on.

I don't remember her telling him to get it on. "Im ready momma," He said. She then stood up and walked out the door. I was just confused. So I walked right behind them till they went by a tree.

A very familiar tree at that. It was the beautiful willow that both of her parents were buried. She sat down next to their graves and I stayed quiet so I could listen to their conversation.

Will POV:

I looked at the great big tree right above us. Momma just looked at the ground. All I saw was a couple flowers that she had put down.

I remember doing that to my first mom and dad. I looked her way. "Who are they?" I asked her.

She looked towards the ground. "Those are my parents. Your second grandma and grandpa," She told me.

"What happened?" I asked.

"They both got really sick and went to a better place. Now they are both happy, healthy, and well," She said.

"Just like mommy and daddy and my siblings," I asked her.

She nodded. "Sometimes them being gone like this is a good thing. Then they don't need to be in pain and suffering anymore," She told me.

She started to shed some tears when she talked about it. I stood up and gave her a big hug. It was ok that she was a softie and not a big strong girl. She held me close. I then thought of what things would be like if she didn't take me in.

Then I thought of the greatest thing in the world and I had to have an answer.

"Can I have a couple new brothers and sisters?" I asked. She just looked at me. Then her cheeks did a weird pink thing. I dont know what it meant, but she has done it a couple times when she was around daddy.

Oh well....
