James, waking up in the middle of the night, sees Net hugging him. He whispers to himself, "He does still care about me." He gently wraps his arms around Net and falls back to sleep.

In the morning, James wakes up to find Net gone. He sighs, "I guess it was too much to hope for." He gets up and makes his way to the bathroom to freshen up.

Walking into the dining area, he's surprised to see breakfast laid out on the table. He asks himself, "Did Net do this?" He quickly pulls up the CCTV footage on his phone to find out.

He watches as Net gets up from the bed, goes to the bathroom, and then heads to the kitchen. He sees Net cooking, setting the table, and then writing something on a piece of paper. He watches as Net places a cup of milk on top of the paper to keep it in place.

James quickly stops the footage and rushes to the table. He picks up the letter and starts reading. As he reads, a smile spreads across his face. He says out loud, "Net, you've always known how to surprise me."

After reading the note, James decided to take a picture. He held the note in one hand and his phone in the other, capturing the breakfast spread that Net had prepared. He couldn't help but feel excited to try it.

"Net really knows what I like," he thought to himself as he started eating. Every bite was proven to Net's culinary skills.

Once he finished eating, he headed to the bathroom for a bath. After getting dressed, he plopped himself on the sofa, turned on the TV, and began to relax.

As he was watching TV, he pulled out his phone. He opened the X application and logged into his alternate account, not his main one. He was curious to see what the latest news about Net was, and even followed Net's fan club.

His heart sank when he saw a live event featuring Net and Kim. He felt a pang of jealousy.

"It's just fan service," he told himself, trying to brush off his feelings. But his heart clenched when he saw how sweet and comfortable Net and Kim were with each other.

"They seem so close," he thought, frustration creeping in.

----

Net had just finished the event with Kim. They were now sitting together, enjoying a meal. Suddenly, Net's face lit up with a broad smile as he received a notification on his phone. This piqued Kim's curiosity.

"Why are you smiling like that, Net?" Kim asked, trying to peek at Net's phone screen.

Net quickly hid his phone, "It's nothing important, Kim."

Kim raised an eyebrow, "Really? You're grinning like a Cheshire cat. It must be something."

Net's eyes kept darting back to his phone. It was a message from James. James had sent him a picture of the breakfast he had prepared earlier that morning, with a note saying, "Thank you for this."

Net couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. He had managed to make James happy.

After leaving the event, Net made his way to the parking area. He got into his car and started driving. As he sat in the hectic traffic, he absentmindedly opened his phone and noticed something surprising - James had unblocked him on Instagram.

Net couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope, thinking to himself, "Could this mean something?"

Just as the traffic light turned green, Net shifted his attention back to the road and continued driving towards his home. However, his focus was abruptly interrupted by an incoming call.

It was James. Net's face lit up with a smile as he realized that James was the first person to call him.

"Hmm James, what's up?" Net asked eagerly, his voice filled with anticipation.
