Inej POV
I had gotten to my third silo before I felt a hand shove me. I caught my balance and spun around.
"You must be the wraith. I am the white blade and a Lanstov princess."

She had followed me on the wire and was fighting me. She was hurling darts in the shape of stars towards me. Each one lodging into my skin, than I was falling. I forgot how much I hated the feeling. I felt a gust of wind from under me and I was gently placed on the ground. I glanced up and saw Rose. She was on her back and another women was over her. I glanced around and saw around ten bodies with arrows lodged into their hearts.
"Nina what happened?" I asked her.
"Pekka somehow knew we were here and sent his men after us. Rose killed them all but received a blow from that women." Nina explained glancing up. I looked up as well and gasped. The women's hands were alight with a blue light and Rose's body shook once her body came in contact with it.
"Nina that's not." I trailed off. I did not want to be right.
"Lightning? Yes." Nina responded, looking up in terror.

I watched as Rose fell of the wire with a knife in her side. Nina rose the dead to catch her in time. We carried her to an ally and she screamed. A raw scream filled with pain. It broke my heart to hear the sound coming out of my sisters mouth.
"I'm not going to make it guys." Rose said right after we put her down
"You will It's just a stab wound." Nina said back.
"No it - was - laced - with -fire." Rose gasped before screaming in pain. I paled and Nina turned to me confused.
"Part of her power is inferni. It's said that Sainta Alina killed the Darkling by using his powers against him." I explained to her. Now Nina paled.
"Where's- Kaz." She gasped before screaming in pain. I went to hold her hand but pulled away instantly. It was like being burned on a stove.
