It was another two days till Louis was brought out the induced Coma. It had been a rough day the day before where Louis had a few seizures and he had these particularly at night. They had started Louis on epilepsy medicine. They were giving it to him through an IV.

It was just Jay in the room when Lou was brought round as just not to overwhelm him. Lottie and Fizzy had gone for a short walk. They stopped at a coffee shop for a cup and sat down after ordering. They chatted while they waited for their orders to be brought. They drank their tea while waiting to be called back to the hospital.

Jay held Louis hand and spoke to him as the sedation was weaned down. Louis opened his eyes and looked around with confusion. "Hey Lou darling it's mum you are in hospital" Jay said softly. Louis looked at his mum. "What happened?" He asked, having forgotten about what happened while being in a coma. "Let's not worry about that for now" Jay said as a dr checked Louis over. The dr was happy with Louis for now and got a nurse to do regular checks on Louis. Louis got to relax after the check over. Jay stroked the boy's hair. The effect from the sedation soon was over and Louis moved, wanting to be in an almost sitting position, soon finding out he couldn't move his legs. "Mu-um?" He called with a shake in his voice.

Lottie and Fizzy walked back in as Louis called mum and they rushed pleased Lou was awake. They joined their mum beside Louis' bed. There, they soon noticed tears in his brother's eyes. "What's wrong, Lou?" Fizzy asked. "My legs," Louis said, all panicky. "What happens to your legs?" Lottie asked, already on her way to ask for Louis to be checked over again. Louis was now too upset to say anything. Jay cuddled him in her arms trying to calm him. "Everything is going to be fine, Lou." Fizzy tried comforting her brother.

A nurse contacted the dr and went into Louis's room. "What's going on?" The doctor asks walking over to the bed. "L....eg.. s" Louis sobbed. The dr looked at Jay. "I'm sorry, I'm not sure what's wrong. He has just been saying legs and crying. Can you help?" Jay said. The doctor nodded and took his instruments to check Louis' reflexes. Fizzy and Jay held Louis' hands while the doctor checked him. Lottie stood next to him too. They waited for answers.

The dr checked Louis feet and ankles and there was no reaction to his reflexes. "I'll order to run a test to check his nerves. I can't tell for now if this paralysis will be permanent or temporary." The dr said. Louis just broke down at hearing this. Jay nodded and pulled Louis into a hug gently. Louis snuggled into his mum. The dr asked for an MRI and an EEG to be run. The nurse waited for Louis to calm down before taking him for the test.

"Lou, I know it's hard but we will get through this," Lottie told her brother. Louis breathed deeply and nodded. "Nee...eed. Ha...az" Louis said still with a shaky voice. "Shhhhh take a deep breath. You have mum and both of your sisters" Jay said to him, knowing they couldn't tell Harry about it. Louis breathed deeply again and managed to calm down. The nurse checked his vitals once more and got him ready for the tests. "We are taking him now," she announced. Jay kissed her son before he was wheeled away. Lottie and Fizzy ran over and hugged their mum. Jay hugged them back and they went to the waiting room. Jay took her phone out and sent an update to Anne knowing she would know how to tell Harry about it.

Louis was taken for an MRI scan first. During the scan Louis had a seizure. He was soon taken out of the machine and given medicine to stop the seizure and gotten back inside to repeat the scan. They could finally take good images of his brain and nerves. They moved him to the EEG machine once the MRI machine stopped and ran the new test, hoping Louis won't have seizure during it. Luckily he didn't. They also ran a few other tests before taking him back to his room. Jay and her daughters were called back to the room shortly after "I'll have the results for you in a bit." Dr Ross said once they gathered together in Louis' room.
