After some weeks of ups and downs in the health of the members of each family who deal with medical issues. Gemma and Fizzy were finally able to have some time to get together and finish planning the last touches of their shared 40th birthday celebration. After finishing with planning everything, they decided to go to the shops to buy everything they had decided for decorations and suitable games for everyone.

Gemma and Fizzy were chatting and laughing as they looked round the shops for what they needed. They grabbed some bits from a few shops according to the theme they had agreed on for the decoration, before looking for the shops where they could find what they needed for the games. For the rest of the things, they planned to call some places to ask to be delivered to them.

Gemma and Fizzy got something to eat in a cafe. They sat down to have their foods and drinks and continue with their chat. They soon finished eating between chatting and laughing. They decided to share the bill. They payed and continued walking around, this time just looking and not buying anything else. Spending some more time together before going back to their places. "Should we get going?" Fizzy asked after a while of them walking around. Gemma nodded. They walked back to Fizzy's car. They put everything they bought in the car and got in. Fizzy started the car and drove to Crystal Lace. They got stuck in traffic due to an accident. They tried to look for a shortcut but couldn't find one so they waited for the traffic to clear up. Half an hour later the traffic began to clear and they could be back on their way home.

Louis was currently having a physio session he really struggled during these sessions. Liam encouraged his dad but knew he struggled with it. "Come on dad, you can do it. I'm also here if you want me to help. I trust in you. Trust in yourself." Liam said. The physiotherapist looked at Liam and smiled at the young boy's words of support. Louis however struggled and was getting very frustrated.

"Can I come and help?" Liam asked the physiotherapist and also looked at his dad for permission. He was also thinking of helping his dad have some home sessions the days he didn't have them with the therapist to help him struggle less and become less frustrated.

"Of course just be careful you don't damage your own back." The physio said. Liam nodded and walked closer to them, crouching down, getting ready to help. Louis did the exercises with Liam's help. The physio encouraged Louis. The session soon was over. "How're you feeling?" Liam asked, getting his dad back in the chair, ready to go home. "Tired," Louis sighed as Liam then wheeled Louis out the room they were using and up to the flat. Liam nodded. "We'll be home soon and you can rest next to papa." He said as he wheeled Louis into the lift and pressed the button to go up to the flat.

Unbeknown to Louis and Liam, Harry was having a very rough day back at home and kept feeling or being sick. Thankfully, he still counts with Abbey and his parents in his flat to help him. Abbey and Anne soothed him through a bout and helped him get cleaned after it finished while Robin took care of cleaning the bowls and everything that had gotten dirty with each bout of sick. Harry was exhausted. They cleaned him up and Abbey took his temperature. It was a little high from all the throwing up. They let him rest after Abbey gave him a bit of medicine just in case.

Anne cuddled her son and ruffled his hair to send him to sleep. Harry snuggled into his mum. Robin came back and put a clean bowl on the floor right next to the bed and went to put the clean bed sheets and clothes away in their place. He went to the lounge to watch some tv while waiting for Liam and Louis.
