Lilith's pov

My eyes sweep over Kadence's smiling face. The happiness was shining in her eyes as she gazed up at me. She was waiting for me to say "I do" to finalize our marriage.

"God, Quit teasing and say it already!" Kayla says. Kadence looked towards her friend with a laugh. When Kadence looked back at me I smiled.

"Of course I do, Love," I say while giving her a wink. Kadence breathed a breath of relief.

"You may kiss the bride."

"Please don't," Lily says under her breath. I chuckle before leaning into Kadence and kissing her. I kept it short just for Lily. Our friends and family cheered. I pulled away from Kadence.

"My mom didn't want you kissing me did she?" Kadence asked. I nod my head. "At least you kept it short."

"Don't worry I'll make up for it later when I say something she doesn't want to hear," I mutter. Kadence looked towards her mom.

"I don't doubt it," Kadence laughs. My hand grabs Kadence's as I pull her over towards the others. Lily and Kayla pull Kadence away from me and into a hug. My head felt fuzzy. My eyes land on Kaylen.

"Kaylen, are you good?" I asked. Kaylen's eyebrows furrowed together as she looked at me.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Why do you ask?" Kaylen asked. I shrug my shoulders. She isn't aware her water is about to break. My mom looked at me with a raised eyebrow. I give her a nod. My dad had his arms wrapped around me. I wrap my arms around him. I let him go before grabbing Kaylen's arm and leading her over to my mom.

"Mom, this is Kaylen. Kaylen, this is Jade. Between you and I, I clearly got my looks from my dad. He only looks like a dweeb on purpose. You know he is like that one nerd who is secretly a solid 10," I mutter. Kaylen chuckles before holding her hand out towards my mom.

"It's nice to meet you," Kaylen says. My mom shook her hand.

"Nice to meet you, Kaylen," my mom says. I turn to look at Akiran. He had Zander in his arms. I reach over and snatch my brother from him. Akiran glared at me.

"Race you to the lake!" I say. We were at Ryland's pack near the lake. It was a beautiful space. My wings slid out of my back and I shot up into the air. Zander laughs as the wind blows on his face. Akiran, Fae, my dad and Zazz all put their wings out before they flew after me. They caught up to me quickly.

We were quite high in the air. I flew under Akiran before I spun so my wings were facing the ground. They were straight out so I was soaring. Akiran looked at me. I sent him a wink as I tossed Zander in the air slightly before catching him. Zander's laugh filled the air. Akiran glared at me.

"Quite being reckless with my kid," Akiran says. I spun over and flew faster before diving towards the lake. Before I went into the water I changed my direction so I flew above the lake. I reach my hand out to touch the water. It created a mist causing Zander to let out an excited squeal. I look up and my eyes catch onto something in the distance. I handed Akiran his son back. My friends and dad all flew back to the rest of the group. I flew off to the small black objects on the ground near the woods. My chest tightened when I saw the dead ravens. I land on the ground. I knew they were mine because there were about twenty here.

My eyes scan around at the dead birds. They all had snapped necks. A croak came from the woods and a raven flew towards me. The bird landed on my shoulder and nudged my neck. It was Love.

My chest tightens. I knew exactly who did this. I flew into the air and Love followed me. I landed on the ground and Kadence looked at me. My hand rubs my forehead as I lick my lips. My wings disappear and Love lands on my shoulder.

"Where is the rest?" my mom asked. My jaw tightens.

"Fae, I want you gone," I say. Everyone looked at me. Fae looked at me with raised eyebrows.

"Why?"

"Don't fucking act clueless! I want you out of my sight before I snap your neck like you did my ravens," I say. Talon whipped his head to his Beloved.

"Tell me you didn't," Talon demands. Fae looked at the ground.

"She raised many of those birds, Fae. That was the only thing she had to look forward to when trapped at the castle," Griffin says. Kadence wrapped her arms around me. I play with her hair to distract me. When I started growing the flock a few of the birds were around when the twins were.

"They attacked me!" Fae shouted. I shook my head.

"They don't attack, dumbass. They swarm until you fly with them," I mutter. Fae rolled her eyes. "Where is the rest?" I asked.

"There wasn't any more," Fae says.

"There are some missing," I state.

"No there wasn't any more,"

"I know my birds, Fae. There are 6 missing," I say. Fae shrugged her shoulders.

"I don't know what to tell you, Lilith," Fae says before walking away.

"I'm sorry, Lilith. If I knew she would kill your ravens I would have let her near them," Talon says.

"They were killed on pack territory, Talon even if you would have known she either went hunting or she flew with them and killed them anyways. They stop swarming after you fly with them," I say. Kadence rested her chin on my chest. I kiss the tip of her nose. Love leans forward and rubs her head against Kadence's face causing me to chuckle.

"Love?" Kadence asked. I nod my head.

"My water just broke. Is that why you ask how I was?" Kaylen asked. I look at her.

"Yeah. they couldn't have waited until a different day? Looks like my cousins won't be the only twins a pain in my ass," I mutter. Griffin, Talon, and my dad give me the same look. My eyebrows furrowed at how similar they looked. My jaw dropped and I looked towards my aunt. "Is he?" I asked, pointing towards my dad and cousins.

"No," Aunt Ivy says. My heart clenched. She was lying.

"Oh my god," I say. Kadence looked at me. "You just couldn't keep it in your pants, Dad?" I asked. My dad looked at me with furrowed eyebrows. He looked around the group before looking at the twins then he looked at my aunt. Aunt Ivy looked at the ground. Kaylen starts laughing.

"This shouldn't be as funny as it is. How do you not know you have two more kids? They look exactly like you. I was wondering why you didn't introduce me to them. Turns out you didn't know," Kaylen laughs. I join her laughter.

"I got cousins and brothers all in one," I laugh. My cousins look at me before looking at our parents.

"At least we're not inbred," Griffin says, causing Talon to laugh. My arms tighten around Kadence. She looks at me with a smile. I lean my forehead on hers and take a deep breath.

"I love you," I say with a smile.

"And I love you," Kadence says while pecking my lips.
