Lilith's pov

After I left my dad's place I flew to Ryland's house. I was glad Kadence and Kayla stayed at Ryland's place instead of the pack house. It means less people around my Kadence. Kadence and Kayla were outside. They both look at me as I land.

"You will not believe the news I have," I say. Kadence raised an eyebrow at me. I lean down and peck her lips. "I missed you."

"Oh I believe it," Kayla says. I narrowed my eyes on her.

"That was not what the news is dumbass," I grumble. Kayla rolled her eyes.

"So what's the news?" Kayla asked.

"I'm not offering it up that easily. Not now," I mutter. Kayla's mouth dropped open.

"What the hell!" Kayla muttered. I smirk at her. My head dips and my lips brushed Kadence's ear.

"Kaylen and my dad are having twins," I whisper. Kadence looked at me with a smile.

"That's amazing news!" she shouts. I nod my head with a smile. "I thought you couldn't whisper?"

"Only when I want to," I laughed. Kadence rolled her eyes.

"You really aren't going to tell me?" Kayla asked.

"Nope."

"What about if I tell you about what we did last night?" Kayla asked. I smirked before licking my lips.

"I'm tempted really but the information I hold is worth far more than something I can get out of Kadence easily," I say.

"She slept in my arms last night," Kayla teased. I raise an eyebrow.

"What was she wearing? She usually sleeps in my arms naked," I smirked. Kadence hit my arm.

"You really aren't going to react. I thought you supernaturals go crazy over your mates?" Kayla asked. I laugh while nodding my head.

"We do. But trust me Kayla you do not come close to a threat as you are trying to make me believe. You are far from gay that it's almost funny. Now if you're trying to get to me I suggest you stop before I do the same to you," I say. Kayla rolled her eyes.

"I would like to see you try," Kayla says. I smirked at her while nodding my head.

"Alright. Ryland woke up to another woman's hand on his dick. And trust me it wasn't mine nor was it yours," I state. Kayla flinched.

"He wouldn't do anything with her," Kayla says. I chuckle. Ryland wouldn't sleep with the woman. He actually flipped out this morning when he found the woman gripping his dick. He was still with my cousins dealing with the woman.

"Then where is he? He still hasn't returned yet has he?" I asked. Kayla's eyes widened. My head tilts as a smirk appears on my face. My eyes took in the tears that were welling up in her eyes. Barely took a minute to get her to cry.

"Why would you do that?" Kadence asked. She had a glare on her face.

"She asked for it and I didn't lie," I mutter. Kayla was crying now. Kadence hit my arm and gave me a dark look. "I'm sorry, Kayla. What is said did happen but I implied that more happened when that wasn't the case. Ryland and my cousins are punishing the vampire maid who overstepped," I say. Kayla continued to cry. Tears were falling down her face. I glance at Kadence. Kadence nodded her head over to Kayla. I shook my head with a gross look. Kadence frowned at me. I throw my head back and groan before walking over to Kayla. My arms wrapped around Kayla.

"Look, you can stop crying now. I used your worst fear against you and it didn't really happen so stop the tears," I say. My hand rubbed her back. If it can calm Kadence it has to somewhat work for her friend, right?

"You are really bad at this," Kayla cries.

"Of course I am. I don't make people feel better. I'm the one to tear them down and make them cry," I say. Kayla sniffles as she tries to stop crying.

"What are you doing?" Ryland asked. My body tensed.

"Well you see what happened was-" I stopped talking before running over to Kadence and lifting her up. My wings come out and I fly us to the top of Ryland's house. I land on the roof before sitting on the edge. Kadence was in my lap facing me.

"What the fuck Lilith?" Ryland asked. He walked over to Kayla and pulled her into his chest. She calmed down enough to stop crying. Her arms wrapped around Ryland tightly.

"Turns out I still have the ability to be an asshole and make people cry," I say. Ryland glared at me.

"You are lucky you are up there and I can't get to you," Ryland says. I chuckle.

"No, I think you are lucky I'm up here. I'm quite the powerful being," I say. Ryland rolled his eyes.

"Make her cry again and I'll make sure to get to you before you can get away," Ryland says. I roll my eyes before flying off the roof. I put Kadence down behind me. I step forward a few feet. My arms were held out next to me. A silent way of telling him to bring it on.

"You know it won't be a fair fight. Why torture the boy?" Xyla says. My head snapped over to her direction. Behind her stood about ten demons. My jaw clenched before I chuckled.

"Now what brings your ass back to earth. Did your daddy kick you out of hell again? I'll gladly send you back," I mutter. Xyla pursed her lips. A chuckle left her before she looked at the ground. Her eyes shifted back up to mine.

"I wish. It's better than being his pet. Sadly I was sent to retrieve you. I can't come back unless you are with me. Now it can go two ways. You willingly come back or we will take you. So either way you will be coming back," Xyla says. I shake my head. My eyes shift to Kadence.

"I want to see it," I mutter. Xyla glared at me. A smile makes its way onto my face. My feet carry me to her. Xyla was wearing a turtleneck. It covered her neck fully. Which covered my view from her fathers collar. It made it difficult for her to betray his order.

"Like I'll show you it for fun," Xyla scoffed.

"Oh one way or another I will see it. Now it can either go two ways. You will show me willingly or I will force you to let me see it," I smirk. Xyla's gaze hardened on me.

"Go to hell," Xyla sneered. I chuckle.

"I will be going after I see how your father turned you into his bitch," I say. Xyla took a step back. Before she could realize it I was already behind her. My foot connected with the back of her knee causing her to drop down. My left hand gathered her wrist and hair in one hand. Her head was forced back. I smirk at her. My right hand grabbed the neck of her shirt. I pull it down revealing the collar. A laugh leaves my mouth upon seeing it. Xyla tried to move away from me, causing me to jerk on her hair.

"I suggest that if you want to keep your hair that you try not to move away from me," I say. My eyes go to Ryland. "This collar on her neck came from her father. She now has to follow every order he gives her. If she refuses it burns her neck. It seems you joining the rebellion against your own father backfired and I'm loving it," I laugh again. I shove her forward causing her to catch herself with her hands.

"You are an asshole," Xyla grunted while pushing herself up.

"Of course I am. But I'm sure you already knew that before now. Why am I being requested in hell?" I asked. Xyla dusted herself off. Her eyes shift over to me.

"Your bitch of a mother has requested your presence," Xyla sneered.

"Ah, now what did she do to you?" I asked.

"She gave birth to you."

"A blessing for everyone," I mutter. Kayla, Ryland, and Xyla made a face. "Someone had to be here to torture the humans and other creatures. Maybe that's why your father and I don't get along. I may take his job," I laugh.

"Are we going or not. The faster I bring you back the quicker I can get away from you," Xyla states.

"Still not over me are you? Kadence will be joining us," I exclaim. Kadence looked at me with wide eyes. "Oh you'll love it. The place is actually amazing. Akiran and his rules make it a little less amazing," I shrug.

"Let's go then."
