Lilith's pov

Akiran stood before me with a few of his demons. Fae was being held by two of Akiran's guards. Fae looked up at me. Her jaw tightened.

"I never would have thought you out of all the chained members could go to the devil for help," Fae sneered. I chuckle while stepping forwards.

"If I had the time to torture you I would but the next best person to torture you would have to be the devil. It is his job after all. Enjoy your time in hell," I say. Akiran nodded to his guards and they went through the portal. My mom and Akiran set up a portal in the castle so I didn't have to travel far to get to the closest hell portal.

"I'll see you soon mom," I say turning to my mom. She smiled before nodding. Akiran held his hand out towards me. I shake his hand. Akiran and my mom stepped through the portal. The portal stopped glowing. There was a charm on the portal that only makes it activate when you get close to it if you have the key. The key was my ring. Since I would always have it on my finger. Akiran had it charmed along with Kadence's ring.

After I walk away from the portal I head to the front of the castle. The castle doors were opened for me. Kadence was waiting for me on the steps. My ravens were spread out on the lawn before us. It was the day after our coronation and Kadence and I were on our way to see Kaylen and the babies. They were released from the hospital this morning.

"You ready, my love?" I asked, holding my hand out. Kadence grabbed my hand and I pulled her up. "How about I fly us to my dad's place?"

"If you wanted to fly with your birds you could have just said so," Kadence laughs. I narrow my eyes on her. My arms wrapped around her waist. My front pressed into her back. Kadence looked back at me with a smile. I peck her lips as my wings come out. The ravens croaked before we left the ground. As we flew Kadence looked around with a smile. "This is amazing," Kadence says with a smile. I chuckle while loosening my arms from around Kadence. Kadence grabbed my hands to keep me from letting go of her completely.

"Lilith, don't even think about it!" Kadence shouts as I throw her out in front of me. "Ah!" I dive down and catch her bridal style. "Lilith, you asshole," Kadence hit my shoulder when I landed in my dad's front yard. I laugh while setting her down. Kadence's hands were shaking. I open the front door and motion Kadence in. Kaylen and my dad were on the couch. They each had a baby in their arms.

"I'm sorry, love. I had to. But you didn't honestly think I would let you hit the ground, did you?" I asked. My dad looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

"No, but just because I know what you're thinking does not prepare me for being launched into the air mid flight," Kadence grumbled. A frown on her face.

"Alright. Nex time-"

"Next time?" Kadence asked. I smile at her while nodding my head.

"Next time I'll make sure you are ok with it," I mutter while shutting the door behind me.

"Did you seriously throw her when you were flying?" Kaylen asked. I shrug while nodding my head.

"Yeah, I may have let the intrusive thought from Brezin win," I say sheepishly. Kadence shot me a glare. "Oh come on, Love. I caught you didn't I?" I asked.

"And if you didn't?" Kadence asked. I scoff at her.

"I would have taken a trip to hell to see you," I mutter. Kaylen covers her laugh with a cough.

"Hell?" Kadence asked.

"Yeah, you are in love with a demon. I doubt that's heaven worthy," I say. Kadence made a face.
