Today is the day. Kade will come into our mansion and according to him, he'll ask my family's hand.

Since nasa manila kami, nag airplane pa kami papuntang Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. We grew up with bisaya as my mother tongue. Well, because my father's a pure tagalog, si mama kasi ang bisaya at dito nila napiling manirahan dati until nag college sila kuya, 'tsaka kami lumipat sa manila, at dahil diyan, fluent din kami mag tagalog at mag english.

I smiled at kuya Austin's words. Sobrang mahal na mahal niya ang bukidnon, if it weren't for his medical school, kahit daw mag paiwan siya doon ay ayos lang.

“You're so excited ah!” I said. He smiled back and put our things in the car.

“Of course, I'll have to smell the fresh air of bukidnon again.” I smiled again. He's right, sobrang sarap ng hangin sa bukid eh. Na-miss ko rin ang kabataan ko doon. Manolo Fortich Bukidnon is my chicago.

“Alright, let's get going baby.” Said kuya. I clapped my hand and entered the car. Yay! We're going home.

Mo kanaog nata, naa si kuya Aries nimo nag hulat saato.” (Love, we are already here in laguindingan airport. I smiled at dali-daling bumaba. Yey! After months of being away from kuya Riri, we'll see each other again.

Habang pababa pa kami, I asked kuya Austin. “Where's mama and papa, kuya?” Usually, sila kasi ang sumusundo saamin.

“They are preparing our favorite, kaya hindi nila tayo sinundo para hindi tayo kakain lahat sa labas. They want to cook for us. They know we will choose their cook over food outside.” I smiled. Our parents really know how to get our heart. Sobrang mahal na mahal nila kami. They said perfect doesn't exist, but my parents are.

Sakto ring nakababa na kami, hinanap agad ng mga mata ko si kuya Riri, there I spotted my handsome kuya wearing his pilot uniform with a smile on his face.

“KUYA!” Masayang sigaw ko at niyakap siya.

“I missed you, princess.” I kissed his cheeks and answered— “I missed you too, kuya.”

“Let's go to the car.” Said kuya Aries.

Instead of laughing at his answer kasi alam kong mag papataasan nanaman sila ni kuya Aries for me, well, that's just a sibling bond hindi umaabot sa punto na nag-aaway sila, like biruan lang ganon. Napangiti ako sa sinabi niya he owned the house, he brought that house himself but the fact that he mentioned the word “bahay namin” feels nice. They are showering me with so much love. Pag nag-asawa siguro 'tong dalawang kuya ko, iiyak ako.
