CHAPTER 40

“Good morning, babe.” Kade greeted me with a kiss on my head.

I slowly opened my eyes, and saw the handsome face of my boyfriend.

“Good morning, what time na?” I asked as I kissed his cheeks and hugged him.

“6:00 am. Kuya Austin is waiting in the living room, ihahatid niya raw tayo sa place.” Tumayo naman ako, at pumunta sa cr, para maligo at mag ayos.

Tomorrow na kasi ang BAR exam namin, and today we will be travelling near the place kung saan magaganap ang exam tomorrow.

Also, pag dating doon— at exactly 10:00 am, pupunta kami sa isang review center for review of what we have studied, and hoping for more stock knowledge that we can hopefully use tomorrow.

“Princess, are you done?” It was kuya's voice, knocking on my door.

“Almost, kuya. I'll go downstairs later after this.” After I answered, I looked at my face in the mirror.

My golden brown wavy hair na hanggang bewang ay kitang kita ko sa salamin. Tinignan ko naman ang suot kong isang jumpsuit na kulay black, and I applied a red lipstick on my lips. Overall, I stared at my physique reflection— and I say, I look so sophisticated. Which is actually, I love the most.

I was about to go out, when I remember that whenever I need to go somewhere that my brain will be challenged, I always tie my hair in a high ponytail. So, kinuha ko ang black na pantali and I tied my hair.

Finally, I am done. So, bumaba na ako.

“I'm here!” Nakangiting bungad ko kay kuya ay Kade.

“G-Gorgeous.” I chuckled at Kade's words because he was like he had seen something that amazed him— he stuttered. Cute...

“Laway mo.” Nabalik ulirat ito ng tapikin siya ni kuya.

“Whatever. Let's go, babe.” I laughed and accepted his hands, kahit kailan kasagutan talaga niya lagi ang mga kuya ko. Pero kahit ganon, my brothers loves him, and they trusted him. I know that, I have read in their eyes.

While in the car, kuya broke the silence. “Daan tayo drive thru ng jollibee, hindi pa kayo nag b-breakfast ah.” He said.

“Huh? Ikaw? You came earlier than 6. Alas 5, kumain ka rin.” Kade answered.

“Nah. Maaga talaga akong kumakain, sometimes 4:00 am nga. I am used to it, since bilang lang ang sleep ko. I'll have fries lang.” Sagot naman nito.

At ayon, dumaan kami sa drive thru ng jollibee and we were eating in the car while kuya is driving. After that, natulog muna ako, since may isang oras pa naman bago kami makarating.

“Babe... We're here.” I was awakened by Kade's voice.

“Nandito na tayo?” I asked while I was wandering my eyes around.

“Oo, we're here in the place where the review center is located. We've come here instead of the hotel because it's already 9:45. Better than early kaya.” Nakangiting sagot nito.

Gwapo talaga...

After my conversation with Kade, kinuha ko naman ang salamin ko sa bag and retouched myself, as well as ang buhok ko.

Pagbaba ko ng sasakyan, I was so shock when I saw Sol and Jake.

“ADIEEEE!” Soleia exclaimed loudly and hugged me.

Niyakap ko naman siya pabalik. “I'm glad, I have seen you two here!” I said, and hugged her and Jake.

“Well, we both expect na talaga na pupunta kayo here. Kaya, pumunta rin talaga kami!” Tumatawang saad nito.
