Blaise was a man of his word, so if he said he would be in front of her common room at seven, he meant it. He stood, leaning against the stone walls that were all throughout the old structure of Hogwarts. When people passed him, they eyed him curiously, yet he didn't really care. He had a deal to make due, and he would do it no matter what.

Camden stood next to him, not wanting to eat breakfast alone, so he compromised. He would accompany Blaise to pick up Kali and be a third wheel for the entirety of the day. Camden took some classes with Kali and liked her enough to go through all this trouble for her.

Draco had his arms crossed, scowling at the entrance to the common room since the girl was taking a bit too long. "She has two legs, I don't get why she can't meet us there." He whined, angry at his legs being tired of standing.

Blaise now scowled at him, mimicking his expression. "Stop being a brat and be patient. She'll be out here in a minute." He was annoyed as is because once he got to his room, she still couldn't sleep. His head hurt and he was tired.

"He's right, Dray." Camden talked, brushing some of his hair out of his face. "You have been whining all morning like a child." Camden was honest, he didn't take any bullshit. He would tell you everything like it is, no matter the repercussions. Despite this, he was shyer than his friends.

At seven and a minute, the door to the common room opened and revealed Kali with Clara, their eyes searching for Blaise. If they had been alone, he wouldn't have had to lay down the charm, but Penelope trailed behind them, and he knew she would report back to Simon.

With a sense of calm that Kali wasn't feeling, Blaise leaned down and pressed a kiss to her cheek, making her heat up like a furnace. Clara was misty eyed next to her, staring at Camden and Draco.

"Good morning, love." He spoke loudly enough so whoever was passing knew what he was saying. "You look beautiful today." It wasn't a lie, she did look beautiful.

She was flustered and it was obvious, but that added to the whole dating thing. "Good morning, Blaisie." She mentally face palmed herself for the stupid nickname she said.

Camden was so amused, his smile evident from a mile away. He found this whole situation funny, the lie that his best friend has to sell. It was hilarious to see these two individuals grapple at wherever chemistry they might have in order to fool everyone at school. If they looked closer they would notice it was all a ruse, but people at Hogwarts weren't that attentive, especially with the chosen one running around campus.

Kali turned to Blaise's friends and waved. "Hi, guys." She was smiling a genuine smile at them, a nice contrast from his previous girls who peered at them with interest so blatant that it made them uncomfortable.

"I hope you know, Swan, that he made us get up fifteen minutes earlier to come find you." Draco said with an annoyed voice but he gave her a small smile to reiterate that he wasn't actually mad, just a bit petty.

Carla gave him a wave by wiggling her fingers, her hair framing her face perfectly. "You look great, Draco." Her voice got so high pitched that it sounded like a dog whistle.

Draco, flustered by the sudden compliment, starts blushing so much that even his hair turns pink. "Urm, thank you." This man cannot take compliments for his life, so this makes him uncomfortable.

Blaise grabs onto Kali's hand, even if they are both a bit clammy. She squeezes his hand once and they depart to eat breakfast. Their friends follow behind and close by, chattering between themselves. Camden and Carka have been acquaintances during their time here, so they fall into easy conversation, including Draco once in a while.

"How did you sleep?" Blaise asks as they enter the dining hall. Suddenly, all eyes are on them, their gazes peering into the new unlikely relationship. Blaise doesn't mind the attention, no matter if he doesn't like it.

Kali hates the way the student's eyes seep into her skin. She can feel them judging and it makes her uncomfortable, although she tries not to show it as they walk to the end of the Slytherin table where there seems to be seats reserved for them. She smiles slowly at the food in front of her and sits next to her boyfriend.

"To answer your question," She can now speak at a normal volume since they are already in their comfortable places and people have gone back to their business. "I slept better than the last two days. Were you able to sleep well?"

He shrugged, knowing he had slept horribly for days, but didn't want her to worry. "I couldn't really sleep, but I feel fine." He lied a little because he knew this girl worried for everyone and he didn't want to be added to that list. It's better if this stays a business transaction.

"That's a lie." Draco says from across from his friend. "He was tossing and turning so much he kept me up for hours with the rustling." He obviously didn't know what discretion is.

"You're just a light sleeper, Dray." Camden defended Blaise while rolling his eyes. "He wasn't even loud, he just didn't stay still."

Draco leaned his head on his hand, acting like he was falling asleep. "With all that rustling you would think he was giving himself a wank." He laughed at his own joke because he didn't care if anyone else found it funny, just him.

Carla laughed at the joke, obviously finding it amusing enough to give one of her real cackles. She's beautiful, but she sounds like an evil witch when she laughs. "If you need help sleeping, I have friends who harvest plants to relax." She scratched her nose to insinuate what she was offering.

Blaise wasn't embarrassed in the least about what they were talking about. It was a nice conversation between his friends and Kali's, really settling in that they probably have to hang out more in order to sell this. "Are you offering me drugs, Carla?" The answer was obvious, but he wanted to see how far she would mask what she was selling.

She feigned shock, fanning her face with her hands like he told her something so scandalous that she would die from it. "I would never, unless you want some then we can talk business."

"Have you guys tried those special Hufflepuff drugs, or are you selling us something that you haven't tested?" Camden asks, curious to see how far these good girls have gone. "Because that is faulty advertising."

Carla exchanged a glance with Kali, trying to see what answer to give. Of course they've tried the drugs, they wouldn't know they worked otherwise. Carla had no problem telling the truth, but Kali was usually more reserved with her endeavors. Kali shrugged at Carla, leaving the decision up to her. She had nothing to hide, so it was fine.

"We can say from experience that they work, Cam." Carla spoke and they turned to look at Kali, because they were shocked she'd done that.

"If I would've known this I would've never dated you." Blaise said sarcastically because he had also partook in those activities with his friends multiple times.

Kali blushed under everyone's gaze and shook her head. She wasn't embarrassed, she just liked to look perfect to the professors since they love her. "Don't act so shocked, I'm not a little kid."

Draco smirked at her, nodding in approval. "You have our respect, our best friend is yours." He put on an even posher accent to say this.

"He was already mine, Malfoy." She squinted her eyes at the blonde, faking a mean look. "I don't need your permission to date him."

Draco mumbled something under his breath that nobody caught except Camden who laughed with him about the hidden words. Blaise and Kali were so close that they were practically in each other's lap, yet they didn't mind. They liked how their friends meshed and could get used to this everyday.
