The next morning, the portal master walked into the library, then saw something that he hoped was not really there.
Jake, Everest, Carlos, tracker, Taylor, Rex, puppy patrol and the others (row and her team on the right. Jake, Everest and the others on the left) in the side room behind a bookshelf door.
(max sees them on the main screen)
portal master (confused): what? But how? When did? Why are? Who could? (pause) Wait just one skylander second here.
(into sky-watch), (unhappy) Skylanders, to the academy.
the Skylanders, kids and pups all wake up.
Skylanders: "yawn" the portal master needs us.
Ryder (in his vest and jeans): spyro, what's going on?
Spyro: I have no idea.
"Skylanders burst through the door"
spyro: skylanders, reporting for duty (he stops when they see their leader's angry face) "nervous gulp" um-um p-p-portal master sir.
Portal master: (to kids and pups) sorry for waking you guys up, (to skylanders) but you guys have some explaining to do.
Skylanders: explain about what?.
their leader brings up the video of Jake and the others on the tv screen.
Ryder, Katie and pups: "gasp" why are they here?
Portal master: I was about to ask them the same question.
max: Alright, what did you guys do?
The Skylanders all nervously look at each other.
spyro (walking forward): portal master sir, i confess. This was my idea. This is what happened.
(flashback)
(this takes place during previous chapter)
after the portal master and the kids walked off to the invention hall, he decided that he needed to find his teammates so they can find Ryder's missing friends.
spyro: ok, i'm gonna need help finding these guys, and i still need some info on where they are and what they look like.
He flies off.
Time Skip: 2 mins.
After the portal master left for the night and after gathering the cores, they came up with a plan.
Stealth elf will slip into Ryder's room and grab his pup-pad from his nightstand,
then after getting the needed information
(names, pictures and where each one lives),
they split into groups.
spyro: here's the plan: slam bam and sonic boom, you go for the husky and her owner.
slam bam: armed and Dangerous.
Sonic boom: full scream ahead.
Spyro: chopper, dino-rang and slobber tooth, you get the Bernese Mountain pup and his owner.
Chopper: Dino Might.
Dino-rang: Come 'Rang or Shine.
Slobber tooth: Clobber and Slobber.
Spyro: stump smash and camo, you're going for the Chihuahua and his owner.
Stump smash: Drop The Hammer.
