Two days later...
Trailblazer and Erupter have recovered.
Slam bam: erupter, am I glad to see you.
?? pup: at least they made it.
Later, the portal master tells Ryder and his friends what the puzzle pieces are saying.
Row: I don't know if I should be surprised or not.
Boom jet: portal master?
Portal master: what?
Boom jet: I'm heading out on my rocket board to get some fresh air.
Portal master: ok.
The Skylander heads out and jumps on his board.
But then it starts smoking.
Boom jet: huh?
It then flies off with him still on it.
Elsewhere...
The portal master and Ryder are playing video games.
"Beep beep"
Portal master: one sec.
Portal master (into watch): yes? I'm coming.
He runs out.
Ryder follows.
They see Boom jet on his board.
Portal master: what's with him?
Blast zone: he says his board's not working right.
Ryder: Then we have to get him off.
Portal master: blast zone, drobot.
Blast zone: come on drobot.
They take off and fly after boom jet.
But just before they can reach him...
"Smack"
He hits a wall.
The Skylander peels off and falls to the ground.
Portal master: ohh, that's going to hurt.
He sees the board on the ground, not moving.
He places a hand on it.
Portal master: just as I thought.
Ryder: what?
Portal master: some pup put an air spell on the board.
Ryder: I still can't believe this.
After boom jet was taken to the med bay...
Blast zone: he's waking up.
Boom jet: wh... what happened?
Portal master: your board was messed with.
Drobot walks in holding the board.
Boom jet's face turns shocked.
Boom jet: what? But how?
Ryder: one of the...
Portal master: just rest up, we need you out there.
He pushes Ryder away from boom jet.
Once they're in the next room...
Ryder: What was that for?
Portal master: the last thing we need is for my whole team to start worrying.
Double trouble peers in.
Double trouble: is something wrong?
Portal master: no, nothing's wrong.
Double trouble: ok.
He leaves.
Ryder: So how are we going to find out which pup it is?
Portal master: we'll have to wait for their next move.
