the next morning Slam bam and Head Rush are heading to the training room.
The two Skylanders then discover his friends lying on the ground.
they run over.
slam bam: guys. Guys, wake up.
They see them moving, but hardly.
head rush: don't worry, we'll get you out of here.
They pick up the others and walk off.
15 mins later
the portal master was playing his video games when his watch went off.
"Buzz buzz"
Pausing, he answers and slam bam's face appears on it.
portal master: slam bam? What's wrong?
Slam bam (worried): just come to the med bay, it'll be easier to just show you.
Portal master: ok, i'm coming.
The portal master hangs up and runs to the medwing.
Once he arrives, he finds head rush just outside the door.
portal master: head rush? What's going on?
Head rush: come on.
The portal master follows the earth Skylander inside.
He then sees cynder, ignitor, pop thorn and whirlwind on the med beds.
portal master (shocked): what happened?!
Slam bam: that's what we're finding out.
The portal master runs over to the four Skylanders.
It's not a pleasant sight:
cynder has scratches.
Some of Pop thorn's spikes are cut.
Whirlwind has a cast on her front left leg.
And ignitor's armor has dents.
portal master: guys, what happened?
Pop thorn: beast...pup. Come out of nowhere.
cynder: we're sorry portal master.
Portal master: it wasn't your fault.
??: portal master!
max jumps.
He turns and sees Drobot.
portal master: oh, it's just you Drobot. What is it?
Drobot: security footage of the incident.
He projects the footage of the beast pup from his eyes.
Ignitor: We fought to the last.
Whirlwind: but they were just too strong.
cynder: portal master, what do we do?
"No answer"
slam bam: uh, portal master?
The Skylanders turn to their leader.
He has his hand to his chin.
From the look on his face, he is deep in thought.
head rush: lets just leave him to his thoughts.
Portal master (to himself): Ryder is not going to like this, but I have to tell him about this.
