As the Skylanders are still searching, scratch and funnybone run into hotdog as they are searching for the pups after their leader yelled at them.
scratch: maybe they're in their room.
The three Skylanders run to where Ryder and the pups are staying.
Then they heard what sounds like someone crying.
hotdog: I'll bet that's them.
Scratch: one way to find out.
As they get closer, the noise grows.
Soon they reach the door to the "lookout".
Scratch puts an ear against the wall.
scratch: well, they're surely in there, come on.
They walk to the door, expecting it to slide open, only to see it won't and bump into it.
They peer through the glass door and (surprise surprise) there are the pups, laying on their beanbags still crying.
scratch: knock knock?
Chase (still crying): w-who th-h-here?
Funnybone: whoo.
Rocky (still crying): w-wh-o who?
hotdog: so, whoo going to open the door.
the three Skylanders giggle.
Despite tear-filled eyes, the pups give their friends a small smile.
chase: ok, you can come in.
He drags himself across the room and opens the door.
The two Skylanders walk in and follow chase back to his beanbag.
scratch: soo, chase? we're sorry about how the portal master talked to you.
Funnybone: he was right about one thing: we can handle finding this thing.
Scratch: and well, in our defense, "sigh" you were being pushy.
Zuma: THAT DOESN'T MEAN HE CAN SMASH US!
The lab shoves his face into his beanbag.
funnybone: yeah, he can be like that sometimes.
hotdog: but he's also our leader, and we respect him.
Rubble: but he can't just...
??: hey guys.
They all turn and see the portal master leaning against the wall.
Skye (eyes still tear-filled): what are you doing here?
Portal master: I admit, I should not have yelled at you pups like that. but that doesn't let you off the hook for being in our way.
The pups smile.
portal master: so, pup pup boogie anyone?
hotdog: you're not a pup.
"Light flash"
where the portal master was just standing, there is now a chocolate lab.
funnybone: who are you?
Lab: what, you don't recognize me?
Skylanders: portal master?
Portal master: so, pup pup boogie anyone?
The pups look at each other.
Marshall: sure.
They turn on the tv.
max: just so you guys know, I've made some changes.
