We quickly made our way down in the sewers. My feet splashing onto the wet ground. I looked up to see Newt struggling onto the ladder. Once he was next to me, I tried to ask again,

"Are you sure you are okay?" Which he only nodded at.

I took notice on how he walked, his limp got worse, his hands shook sometimes. And I was just left here confused on why he decided to go, he obviously has a flue.

We started to walk down the sewer going a lot of different directions. Gally up front, sometimes looking back at us.

We made our way down and took a door on our left. Once I walked through, I saw buildings glimmering in the night sky. A train moving over the tracks.

It has been a while since I have been here and a lot has changed.

"This is definitely a long way from the Glade." Newt said, his eyes moving over the tall buildings.

"Just act like you are used to this, we don't want to be suspicious." Gally told us.

I placed my finger below Thomas's mouth, closing it for him. He turned to me with red cheeks of embarrassment.

We moved our way further into the layers of buildings, trains and streets, until we stood before another wall, the final one.

Now that I stood before it, I saw that it must have been at least three times as big as the Maze walls.

With Gally's help Newt climb the first little wall. The three of us could easily do it ourselves.

It took a while, but we finally made our way over and through the wall. We stood near a ledge with an iron railing. I held onto it and slowly looked down. The cold bar gave me some sense of grounding.

The wind was blowing my hair out of my face. The lights in the city were beautiful. If only something as beautiful as that, could also be beautiful on the inside.

But we all know that isn't true or we wouldn't stand here in the cold wind.

"There it is." Gally pointed to one building. He started to grab some sort of telescope, hidden behind some crates.

My eyes found the building. It was taller than the rest. Even from here I could see it was heavily guarded. The flashlight that sometimes shone my direction was the first and only clue.

Gally passed the telescope to Thomas who was watching through it.

"Teresa." He said breathless.

"I told you I will help you, I didn't say you will like it." Gally said to all of us.

I turned to see Newt looking at Thomas. His blond hair was longer now as I saw it flowing in the wind. But what caught me of guard was that his stance was a little bit off.

Instead of him seeing relaxed like he always is, he held onto the wall, stiff as a plank.

Gally and Thomas eventually made their way back. They were both having a civil conversation, which I smiled at. I also took notice that they totally forgot about me and Newt.

Newt's eyes were cast on the horizon. A small smile playing on his lips. The city lights glinted in his eyes.

It has passed my mind that Newt was hot, more than once. But this boy, he is so beautiful. Sometimes I find myself staring at him for a while, looking for any flaws, but never found one.

Newt's eyes eventually found mine and he gave me a confused look.

I quickly walked up to him and pushed him against the wall. My lips quickly finding his. Newt didn't waist a moment to place his hands on my hips, pulling me into him.

I take in a sharp breath when Newt moved his hand under my top, his cold hand making contact with my bare skin.

Even after everything we have done, his touch is always new and fresh. Comforting and soft.

I moved my hand up to his soft blond hair. I slightly pulled it, hearing the sound coming from his mouth.

Newt's hands moved down and with ease he lifted me up. I locked my legs behind him when I felt my back hit the cold wall.

Newt moved his lips down, sucking softly against the nape of my neck. It didn't take him long before he found the spot.

It felt like a dream, his hand caressing my butt with his thumb.

"You finally got the girl?" We heard a voice from beside us.

Newt quickly let me go and we both turned to see Gally standing against the wall with a smug smile playing on his lips.

Gally gave us a wink and walked back. He finally noticed that we didn't walk back with him.

I went to walk after Gally, but I felt Newt holding me back with his hand on my wrist.

He turned me around and placed his hand on my cheek. His eyes followed every feature on my face. My cheeks were on fire, I don't know if it was because of the kiss or because of the way he was looking at me.

"What is wrong?" I questioned him when I saw he was not really doing anything.

"It is just," Newt began, a small smile forming on his lips. "You have a place in my heart that no one on this earth can replace."
