Caught In The Act

Mia
Kate's mom has called and asked to speak to Kate. I was so busy that I didn't think that she might be using me as a cover for her romantic antics. So I tell her mother that Kate went shopping and then was going to study with Melissa at the library. I was working hard on a few new recipes and I couldn't stay on the phone long enough to realize I needed to call Kate and tell her that her mother was checking up on her. Just as I was washing the dishes I noticed movement at the boat house. I alert security that there is someone down there and they go to check it out. Soon I hear them laughing and they tell me that Elliott was entertaining in the apartment and everything is fine. I asked who he was entertaining out there and they seem to not want to tell me because their faces turn red. They told me the person isn't a threat and is known to me and left it at that. So I decide to find out just who he is entertaining and I go to my laptop and go to the security videos. Barney set this up for me so I can check things out if I ever needed to. Well I need to see who the hell is down there with Elliott. I can't believe what I am seeing. He has Kate up there and there is no doubts what they are doing. I am not going to take anyone up there after hearing that Elliott and Christian both use that apartment. No wonder I see strange sheets in the laundry basket and they are left in the laundry room. I asked the staff about them but they don't say much. I suspect they are paid well to keep it from me. No doubts mom and dad have an idea because I recall my parents telling my brother to use their own homes for their conquests.

Elliott
I didn't think Mia was going to show up to test recipes out today. So I brought Kate over to the boathouse for our mattress aerobics session. We hooked up a month ago at Mia's grand opening. Mom and dad's home is closer to Kate's house and she still lives with her family. We can't have sex there and my home is a long way from there. Plus I am not ready for her to come over to my home yet. Security has told me that Mia is about to catch on to us and left without me opening the door.

Kate
I breathe a sigh of relief and I then tell him we can't do this anymore because I hate that we are sneaking around like we are committing adultery. He tries to appease me but it isn't working this time because I don't want to keep this a secret any longer but he doesn't want to tell anyone. So I grab my clothes and shower and leave once I am done with fixing myself up. If he thinks that I am going to be his forever dark secret then he is wrong. I walk out and have his driver take me home. This ends tonight and no going back.

Elliott
I can't believe she is walking out on me and won't see my reasons for keeping us a secret. I watch as she leaves me alone and I grab the sheets to take to the house to wash, well to have the staff wash. Mia is standing there waiting for me and is very angry at me.

Mia
I thought we agreed that my friends were off limits and look at you, breaking our agreement. He looks like he's not in the mood to deal with my feelings about this and he walks by me with those dirty sheets. Something tells me Kate has left angry and it is about being used by him. He grabs a cupcake and eats it on his way out to his car and he speeds off towards the front gate. I guess they are both mad at each other. He took a cupcake now I have to make another one. Then I realized he took more than one, boy is he quick when it comes to food. I make four more cupcakes and place them in the containers for the restaurant to serve later tonight.

Grace
I walk in and see the kitchen is empty and containers are sitting on the counters. I look and they are very enticing but I am betting Mia is taking them to her restaurant. She arrives and Barney has brought a dolly to carry everything out to the van that has Mia's Restaurant logos on it. Barney did the design on it and I must say he has a great eye. It draws attention from everyone. Very colorful. I watch as they walk out with the last containers and I see him hug and kiss her. I am not sure if I am seeing this and I don't think Christian knows. I like that young man and he has been very good to Mia. I just hope that they both feel the same about each other. Barney might look and talk like a nerd but when he cleans up for business events you can barely recognize him. His co workers have to look several times to verify it is him. We thought he was a super model when we first saw him,

Carrick
I watch as Mia kisses Barney and she definitely is in charge of that scene. I had just been watching as they emptied the dolly into her business van. I then saw her throw her arms around his neck and kiss him and not just a peck on his lips. She could choose a worse guy to kiss. At least this one isn't after her for her trust fund and has even helped her start her business. It was amazing that he had me draw up a fair and equitable contract for himself and Mia concerning his investment in her company. I made sure it was fair to him and Mia alike.
