Chapter 40- Alarm

Doctors POV:

I needed to give Alastor his new meds. Ever since y/n arrived he has been more active, we can't let that happen. I only agreed to let y/n stay here as a patient because their case was fascinating. Two crazy, homicidal lovers corrupted by each-other, it was almost poetic.

I turned down the hall where we keep our most violent patients. As I approached Alastors room...it was slightly left open, leaking with blood.

I threw the door wide open and stared down at the most sickening, terrifying sight. A corpse of a man was all mangled up, twisted and snapped. Laughing words surrounded him with a big smile painted with blood.

"CODE YELLOW!" I powerfully announced sprinting down the hall and smashed down on the alarm button.

Everything went red and chaotic. Booming footsteps and metal clinking sound of guns echoed.

"Who?" A guard shouted while the others were searching each possible place he could be.

"Alastor." I answered and a few people went silent in panic.

"Shit"

Alastors POV:

My head was still fuzzy, I've been wanting her for so long that my mind still hasn't realized what is happening right now.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

High pitched alarms were blaring and we both got dressed, our breathing was frantic.

"It's gonna be okay, just stay silent y/n."

She nodded but was holding her hand to her chest trying to calm herself down.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

Flashing red lights were seeping through the cracks of the door. She hugged me close and I felt my chest get wet.

"Mon amour we are gonna be okay, I have an idea." I stated and she tilted her head up at me with hopeless eyes.

"I still look like a guard, they are searching for 'Alastor' but they won't realize it's me when I run past them. Keep your head down and stay close to me. We have to run." I demanded and opened the door.

We started to bolt down the halls, the flashing lights illuminated the whole building red.

Where the fuck is an exit?!

I held y/n hand tightly and was pulling her, she couldn't keep up with my speed and was stumbling behind me. My ears were ringing and my eyes darted to a window...we were very high up. Loud footsteps were coming behind us.

"Over here!!" A guard called out from far away.

BANG

"A-Alastor" She mumbled behind me.

"Y/n cmon!" I shouted and yanked her hand, not realizing what just happened. Only looking ahead.

"Al-" She said but her voice was faded.

"Stop it y/n!" I was rushing down the stairs and her body leaned down onto my back. She was heavy and something was wrong.

"Y/n?" I tugged on her arm.

"Y/N?!" She fell down but I caught her. I was sat on the stairs holding her limp body. Her head fell back and I lifted it up. My heart sank when I saw my hand soaked in her blood. She was bleeding from the side of her head...a lot.

My lip trembled and I carried her in my arms running back up the stairs.

"HELP" I screamed.

"HELP PLEASE" I begged.

I don't care about anything else other than y/n staying alive.

I dropped to my knees and continued to yell out through my cries.

What should I say...no one is coming.

"HE'S HERE, I FOUND ALASTOR!" I yelled and I could hear the clicking of shoes rush towards me. Several guards and doctors surrounded me and y/n.

"WHERE" They asked.

I slowly looked up and their eyes widened when they realized who they were looking at.

"SEDATE HIM"

I felt a Strong stinging sensation and my whole body tensed up. I flopped down to the floor, my body was twitching and my vision went blurry.

"Please be okay"
