Confession

"I missed you baby." I said kissing her neck.

"I missed you too." she said.

I pulled back and just started at her. She was beautiful and innocent yet so hurt and broken, and what I want to tell her might break her more. How am I supposed to tell this beautiful soul what I want to tell her? How am I supposed to tell her that I love her and that Tana might be pregnant with my baby.

"What is it?" She asked.

"Nothing. You hungry?" I asked letting go of her.

"Yeah, but I first wanna go take a shower." She says walking upstairs.

"Okay." I say.

While Onika was taking a shower, I decided to serve us the food I made. Which was rice and Mongolian beef. I most definitely could not forget about her salad. After about 30mins, Oni walked down the stairs. I'm sure she could tell how tense I was so she just hugged me.

"Lamar, are you sure you're okay? Talk to me." She asks me worried.

"Yea, I'm straight. Don't worry ma." I say pecking her lips.

We at and ate. We just talked about random shit.

"So how was work?" I ask her.

"It was great."

"Hmm."

We finished eating and Onika helped clean the table. When we finished, we walked to our room. I sat on the bed while Oni was in the bathroom. A few mins later, she got out.

"Come over here ma." I said. She came and sat on me while I was laying on my back.

"What is it? It looks like you wanna tell me something."

"Yea I actually do." I say

"Now what is it? You're making me worried because you've been a lil off lately." She said.

"I have a question for you."

"What is it?"

"What if I told you that I like you." I say softly.

"What?" She says confused.

"I said what if I told you I like you."

"Uh, I-"

"I like you. More like I love you."

"........"

"I know it's random but I had to get it off my chest. Onika I love you, since forever and...and I can't risk loosing you."

There was a bit of silence. I was starting to get scared until I saw some tears running down her cheeks.

"Why you crying?" I ask wiping her tears.

"Because I love you too. Since forever and I'm also kinda shocked. Thought you never liked me." She says smiling.

"Well I looks like I always did. Just wasn't really sure about my feelings." I say bringing her face closer to me.

Onika started kissing me and I kissed her back. It was slow, calm and passionate. Just filled with love. I always wanted this but was never sure. The only thing that was currently on my mind was what Tana told me. I had to tell Oni but not now.

I couldn't believe that Lamar told me he loved me. I was in shock and was so happy. I pulled back and looked him in the eyes, trying to see if he was lying but I couldn't find anything. Just love.
