Han and Kan rode along in P' Yai's car, which arrived and parked at an affluent neighborhood home. Kan was astounded, having never imagined seeing such a grand house with his own eyes. His lifelong dream had been to own a large house like this for himself, but it appeared to be an elusive fantasy that would be difficult to realize given his family's financial situation. Everyone in his household had to work hard just to earn enough for their daily lives.
He could not help but feel envious of others who appeared to be so fortunate, with many things coming to them easily and without much effort. Meanwhile, he had to work extremely hard without even seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
Until one day, someone said to him, "Kan is extremely fortunate to be working in the entertainment industry. How fortunate to be able to pursue your passion." That day reminded him how much he disliked the word 'Lucky'. To be Hanest, he had to put in a lot of effort and make many sacrifices to get into the entertainment industry. It was a difficult journey before he could realize his lifelong dream. He had to give up many joys in exchange for the dream he had longed for his entire life. He realized that no one is truly fortunate; it is only perseverance at the right time that allows each person to achieve their desired outcomes.
His legs stepped out of P' Yai's car, and he stood there waiting for Han and P' Yai to lead the way inside the house. He did not dare to walk in first because it was his first time here. P' Yai had invited them to a hot pot party at her college friend's house to get to know them better. Kan did not mind; getting to know new people was always beneficial, just in case he needed to rely on them in the future.
"Heyyyy~~!!" P' Yai greeted him loudly as the homeowner appeared to open the front door. The two of them rushed in for a tight hug, their closeness obvious.
"This is P' In, everyone," P' Yai introduced her close friend to the youngsters waiting outside.
"Hello, everyone," P' In waved and smiled broadly. Han and Kan promptly waved greetings.
"Come on in; it is hot out there," P' Yai invited them in as if it were her own home.
Everyone entered P'In's home. Kan was taken aback by the size of the living room, which was far larger than he had anticipated. He turned to face Han, who appeared to have a similar sense of awe. Ingredients and a hot pot were arranged on the dining table, indicating that hot pot dishes would undoubtedly be on the menu for tonight.
"Make yourselves at home, everyone," P' In instructed them before walking over to grab the TV remote and turn it on, allowing the two young men to sit and wait while the other dishes were prepared and served.
P' In disappeared back into the kitchen, followed by P' Yai. Kan and Han appeared more relaxed after appearing tense since their arrival.
"This house is amazing," Kan said, wide-eyed.
"Yeah, I wish I could have a house like this," Han said.
"You will get there soon enough; your career is really taking off," Kan encouraged his younger friend, knowing that with the release of the series teaser, the buzz surrounding Han and Jai's upcoming series would only grow.
Since the production team released the series teaser, social media has been buzzing with discussion, with an overwhelmingly positive response that delighted everyone, especially P' Yai, who appeared overjoyed to see such a positive reaction to the preview of her artists' series.
But before they could talk any further, P' Yai appeared carrying a large dish, the contents of which the two young men could only vaguely see. P' Yai set the dish on the table before sitting next to Kan and Han.
