National camp time
"I'll be downstairs, text if you need something?" Viv's best friend Jill asks after cuddling with her for a bit, Viv nods her head turning on her stomach after Jill leaves her side and takes a deep breath trying to settle the inner panic bothering her for a few hours.
She grabs her phone as she hears the hotel door click shut and opens her Spotify to turn on her favourite playlist to calm down, she eyes the notifications, ignores those from Instagram and taps her messenger as she notices a few unread messages waiting for her.
She opens Lars's message first, smiling slightly as she notices the football tickets of all the matches they will play spread out on the table and sends him a heart grateful for his and her parent's support. She exits his chat, tapping the group chat Jordan created a week ago as she notices her name in Leah's last message and scrolls up to read everything.
From Beth: How is camp going girls?
From Jordan: I rather move my arse back home, I am so tired.
From Leah: Move your arse to bed earlier and sleep for once, it's going alright but the weather is awful. Rather move my arse back to Spain and work out with Viv instead.
From Beth: Nobody there to work out with you?😂
From Leah: No! And if they work out they do boring things like push-ups or pointless runs, Viv makes it fun. 🥺
From Jordan: This is the whining I have to put up with 24/7
From Beth: 😂 Bet she sounds like T, whenever he doesn't get candy.
From Jordan: Even worse, it's annoying 🙄
From Leah: No comment.. 🥺 Viv, I need you!
From Jordan: She is too busy hanging out with her Dutchies, leave her be Le.
From Beth: She is pretty AFK at the moment.
From Leah: Viviaaaaaaanne! Please come to life, I need my teasing mate! 🥺
From Jordan: Let her enjoy camp Le, she will text if she wants to.
From Beth: And stop pouting 😂 Do I need to be jealous of how fast she took my spot?
From Leah: She didn't take your spot, the both of you share it 😂
She shakes her head with a soft chuckle as she reads through the banter and scrolls down to Leah's next message she received just a few minutes ago.
From Leah: Done ignoring us goat? 😂
To Three Blondes and The Dutch: Sorry, sorry 😂 Don't feel that well today so I didn't touch my phone yet.
From Leah: You alright mate?
From Beth: Are you okay?
To Three Blondes and The Dutch: Yeah just struggling with migraine, I'll be fine.
She leaves the group as another message comes in chuckling as Beth texts her privately and opens it.
From Beth: Just a migraine?
To Beth: You are scary, you know that?
From Beth: What's going on Vivianne?
To Beth: I had an interview with the Dutch sports news this morning, their questions and comments messed me up a bit.
