➹THIRD PERSON PERSPECTIVE➷

✾March 08th, 2013- 13:19: Sheffield✾

Lorenzo remained asleep on the couch while his daughters, now awake, were being cared for by Mrs. Guerriero and Felix.

Earlier today, Mrs. Guerriero purchased essential items for her granddaughters from the local baby store. However, there are still several items that need to be acquired, including cots for each daughter, a pram, and a changing station.

Mrs. Guerriero expressed her admiration for her granddaughters, describing them as "utterly adorable," while occasionally glancing at Felix, whose face radiated with joy.

"I have no doubt that you will become an outstanding father in the future." Felix gave Mrs. Guerriero had a brief smile.

"May I ask if you genuinely believe that?" Mrs. Guerriero gently placed the infant back into one of the bassinets that are currently positioned at the base of the leg rest, rather than on top of it.

"Certainly, I can assist you with the adoption process. If you and Dante are considering adopting a child or children, I have the contact information for a reputable adoption agency located in Preston. Please let me know if you would like me to provide you with their details." Felix was visibly taken aback, his face flushing with embarrassment as the name "Dante" inadvertently slipped from her lips.

"I'm curious to know why you believe I would consider adopting a child with Dante?" Felix let out a nervous chuckle while Mrs. Guerriero responded with a knowing smile.

"I understand that you are in a relationship with my son, Felix. I must admit that it was quite evident due to the lack of discretion displayed by both of you." Felix was utterly astonished and could hardly trust what he had just heard.

"I hope I can count on your support." Mrs. Guerriero approached him slowly, smiled affectionately, and gently stroked his cheek.

"Certainly, my dear." Lorenzo was stirring from his slumber, as evidenced by the audible groans emanating from the couch.

"My dear son." Mrs. Guerriero swiftly approached her son and assisted him in assuming an upright posture. He let out a low groan as the light hit his eyes as he looked at his mother, daughters, and Felix with a bewildered expression.

"Well, I have children now. I must admit, it felt surreal at first." His mother began rubbing soothing circles on his back.

"Initially, it may seem like a dream, but eventually, reality strikes with an overwhelming force." She made a verbal remark while directing a gentle gaze toward her offspring, expressing her perception that the event of his birth seemed to have occurred only recently. She further commented on the rapid passage of time, using the phrase "time flies so quickly" to convey her sentiment.

"I will be extending my stay to provide additional support with your lovely daughters, as I have noticed that you are still struggling to overcome the unfortunate rejection you experienced on your wedding day." Lorenzo's eyes widened in surprise. How had his mother become aware of this?

"Could you please elaborate on how you came to that conclusion?" Mrs. Guerriero pivoted her body to face her son and delicately clasped his hands.

"As your mother, it is my responsibility to analyse your behaviour and physical well-being to identify any areas of concern and provide support and solutions." Lorenzo's lower lip started to quiver, so she drew him closer, positioning his head on her shoulder in an attempt to provide solace.

"Thank you." The path of parenthood will be challenging, but he is committed to providing the best possible care and support for his daughters. He is determined to move on from his relationship with Meredith, and it is possible that this may occur within the next few months.
