I woke to the faint sound of whispering and giggling

I woke to the faint sound of whispering and giggling. Who is in my room at this hour? I tried to open my eyes when I realized we were not in our room. I immediately opened my eyes, only to find all his cousins and Dadisa staring at us.

I gulped hard, straightening myself. "Dadisa...!"

He stirred beside me, rubbing his eyes. As he became aware of our audience, his expression shifted from sleepy confusion to wide-eyed surprise.

"Good morning," he  greeted Dadisa, a knowing smile playing on his lips.

"Looks like you two had a cozy night, Bhaiya, seems like you found an interesting place to sleep," Yuvaan teased.

Kirtee added, "And here we thought you were sleeping alone. Turns out, everything resolved between you and Bhabhi !"

"Hmm tabhi to yaha chhupe h dono", Dadisa also joined in the teasing sessions.

(Hmm, that's why both of them hid here.)

He sat up, trying to maintain his composure. "Dadisa, it's not what it looks like," he started, his cheeks flushing.

Dadisa waved a dismissive hand, her eyes twinkling. "Avni tum ek din bhi naraj nhi rah sakti isse, I thought you will teach him a good lesson?".

(“Avni, you cannot remain angry with this even for a day.)

"Toh! ye aap logo ka plan tha,  meri biwi ko bharkane ka mere khilaf" he snapped out of it.

(Toh! This was your plan to instigate my wife against me." )

"We didn't do anything, and why did forget about the date you know how much she  waited for you", Dadisa scolded him while twisting his ears, he whinched in pain. "Aauch, as. He removed her hand slowly.

Ayushman, always the instigator, smirked. "Or at least make sure to lock the door so we don't catch you like this again."

Kashish, nudging Kirtee, said, "See, Kirtee? True love doesn't need a fancy setting. A couch can be just as romantic." I don't know but it felt like she mocked at ayush as he gave her pleading look.

I buried my face in my hands, feeling the heat rise to my cheeks. Him sensing my embarrassment, put an arm around me protectively. "Alright, everyone, show’s over. Time to give us some privacy."

Dadisa chuckled softly, motioning for the cousins to follow her out. "Come on, let’s give them some space. Young love needs its privacy."

As they exited the room, Kirtee couldn’t resist one last jibe. "Bhabhi, next time, remind Bhaiya that the bedroom is a much better place for such... Ahhmmm* discussions."
