"Faiza, hurry up, we need to start the anchoring. It's almost time for the chairman to arrive," Rumaisa said, and they both rushed to the stage.

"Good morning respected principal, teachers, and dear colleagues. I, Rumaisa Amjad, and my friend Faiza Amani will be your hosts for today's event. We are all gathered here to celebrate the grand occasion of our college's 25th anniversary," Rumaisa said, and everyone clapped.

"We will begin this event with a recitation of Quranic Aayat. I request Nabila Naaz from 2nd year M.A. to come and present the recitation in her sweet voice," Rumaisa said, and everyone applauded.

"Thank you, Nabila! Your beautiful recitation in your melodious voice was very heartwarming," Faiza said.

"Now, please put your hands together for the special guest of this day, our beloved chairman," Faiza said, handing a bouquet of flowers to the principal and then stepping backstage.

In the darkness, a group of people approached, and when the spotlight shone on them, they all paused, shielding their eyes. One man made a gesture, and they all moved forward. The principal greeted everyone with flowers and handed a bouquet to one particular man, making it clear that he was the chairman.

All the girls were thrilled because they had expected an elderly man, but the chairman was a handsome young man. He looked no less than a movie star. Clad in a black Armani suit, he was extremely dashing, catching the attention of many girls. Tall, fair-skinned, with brown eyes and a well-built physique, he seemed like a perfect creation of God. His companions understood his gestures perfectly. For the girls, he was the ideal husband material, being both wealthy and handsome. What they didn't know was that behind this perfect face was a hidden devil.

"Please welcome our chairman. I request you to introduce yourself and give some motivation to our students," the principal said, inviting the chairman to the stage.

He stepped onto the stage, and everyone clapped. Faiza and Rumaisa hadn't seen his face yet as they were busy backstage. When they heard a voice on the mic, they came out and stood in a corner, trying to catch a glimpse of him but couldn't see his face because they were standing behind him.

"I'm Fardan Shahriyar, Chairman of this college and owner of Shehriyar Industries," he introduced himself. The girls started whispering among themselves.

"Shehriyar Industries is one of the top industries in the country, and we never imagined our chairman owned it," Rumaisa said to Faiza.

Faiza, looking confused, asked, "Is Shehriyar Industries a big company? I’ve never heard of it."

Rumaisa was about to explain when the chairman started speaking again, and everyone listened attentively, "Today marks the 25th anniversary of this college, which my father built with his hard work. I want to share something with you all. He came from a poor family, and due to a lack of money, his sister had to leave her studies halfway. At that time, it was considered the same whether girls studied or not, but my father didn’t agree with that thinking and wanted to educate my aunt. He gave up his education so that the family could use that money for her studies. He started working without an education and after seven years of hard work, he was able to open this college, which provides free undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in every field to girls who excel in their studies. Many of you might not know, but my aunt, after completing her education, is now the principal of this college. I’m not telling you a story to forget in a few days; I want you to learn something from this and prove to the world that girls are not inferior to boys. I want every girl in this college to become independent. Education is not just about getting a job; it has many benefits. Through education, you can learn a lot about life. Lastly, if a person sets their mind to something, they can achieve it no matter the cost. So, work hard and strive to make this college proud. I have taken up enough of your time, but please ponder over my words and try to implement them in your lives." Just as he was about to continue, he received a call and had to leave immediately. Everyone applauded.

The girls were greatly inspired by the chairman’s speech. They seemed to be lost in his words, some in his message and some in his looks. Faiza and Rumaisa were also very inspired, and Faiza wondered if men like him truly existed, who didn’t see women as inferior to men. Her life had always been the opposite. She was deep in thought when Rumaisa’s voice brought her back to reality. She pulled Faiza onto the stage.

"Wow! Sir has truly motivated us. He’s right, girls are not inferior to boys!" Rumaisa said, holding the mic.

"Yes, we need to work hard to become as successful as our principal... let’s all work hard to make our college proud, right girls?" Faiza said.

Everyone responded with a resounding yes, and then they resumed their anchoring duties, continuing the event.
